I called a Uber this morning, I got the notification to wait for the driver at the meeting point. I was standing outside my apartment, where I usually get the other Ubers, I tried calling, but it did not go through. I waited to see if I would get a call from the driver, but I never got any call. The next thing I got, it was the "cancel" notification. I never sow the driver around, he may have gone to another side to wait, I do not know, but what I know is, I was standing outside my apartment, which has a clear view to see all the area of that side of the complex. I am not sure what happened, but I would like Uber to refund me the cancellation fee, please. Because what it does not make sense is, some drivers, park right out of my apartment and other just pass wondering around. So, why some get it and others do not? This tells me one thing, is not my problem, but I am not sure whose problem is it, the app*driver*driver's phone?*I kindly ask for the refund of the cancellation's fee. *The other thing is, those drivers wondering around make the client*customer have charges fee after two mins. I just want to say that, sometimes is not the customers' fault, but drivers', please think about it, But, still you charge the customer. *Suggestion, part of your drivers' job should be them to call the costumer for effective connection. If the communication is neglected by the customer, there is a right to cancel, and that is professional, otherwise, it isn't. *Again, I will appreciate Uber refunding me the cancellation fee.*Thank you, *EVERYBODY MATTERS!!!
