Today I was trying to book a cab but couldn't do so because it showed my account is disabled. **I checked with * to * people they said that it can get disabled if you cancel rides frequently. But till now I have only cancelled the last ride and that too because of the driver's attitude and behaviour. **How can you disable my account without even giving prior information. Is this the way you treat your regular customers.**On the top of it, you don't have a proper customer care number where we can register our complaints. **This is highly unacceptable. **I want to know the reason of deactivation and also how can it be activated from the same number as this is the only number I use. I can't take another number just to make an account on uber. **Look forward to an early response.
