Uber once again I send this message to you to solve my case. You always answer me mechanically based on a system. It is important to hear the voice of the customer. I tell them again that when I was accused that I was drinking alcohol during the trip and that I vomited the car I responded the next day and asked to be called on my cell immediately called me and said that it was false I do not drink alcohol or never dirty your car . I sent them my work schedule to verify that I had finished my tired work day on my way home and in fact the route was short. Then they send me some photos that were obviously made by the driver to get dirty and fake money. In one of the messages I stated that everything was a fraud. You apparently and in a mechanical way were based on the evidence made by the driver Luis, without considering my voice that always and until now I have maintained my position the driver acted with the purpose of obtaining fraudulent money.*It is evident that when I told them that it was a fraud that these evidences were false and were made by the driver Luis to obtain money they did not take into account my voice as a client (check the uber support messages and date) I answered in time before ** days . If you can not do anything until now because they have a schedule I ask you please give me an uber gif card for courtesy to the client and so you maintain excellence and quality in customer service and I as a user can continue using the service so far I felt very happy until that mafioso driver, scoundrel and liar, I believe this situation. Without having solved similar cases and returned the money, I hope they solve my case. At managerial level I consider that they have the capacity to do it.
