Ok on JULY **TH A UBER CHARGE WENT THOUGH FOR A **.** PICK UP FOR A *:** AM PICK UP TIME SO THE DRIVER TEXTED US ASKING WHAT HOUSE NUMBER WE WERE AFTER THAT IT WAS ABOUT *:** AM AFTER GETTING THE QUESTION FROM THE DRIVER IT THEN CAME UP ON MY PHONE THAT TIME CANCELLED HOWEVER WE DID NOT CANCEL THE PICK UP FROM UBER THE DRIVER DID WE WERE STILL OUT SIDE WAITING FOR OUR RIDE IN FRONT OF OUR HOUSE. ANY WAY THE DRIVER NEVER CAME WHILE WE WERE OUT THERE WAITING FOR HIM. AND IF IT WASN'T FOR OUR NEIGHTBOR TAKING US MY HUSBAND WOULD HAVE MISSED HIS CATARACT SURGERY LONG STORY SHORT WE WERE CHARGED FOR THAT DAY OF $**.** AND WOULD LIKE IT TO BE CREDITED TO MY ACCOUNT WE NEVER USED THE SERVICE THAT DAY. * THANK YOU *DENISE STORIE**P.S. WE HAVE YO USE UBER TOMORROW TO TAKE AND GET HIS LEFT EYE DONE SO WOULD LIKE THE **.** AS A CREDIT SO WE CAN USE UBER.
