My policy with Uber is to not accept a ride that is over **.**. The approximate price is always shown before a ride is accepted and I trusted you. It wasn't until recently that I discovered your history page and how much I had been gouged when in Argentina. My Buenos Aires rides are only half correct. You can see I was charged ***'s of dollars for rides that were parallel for **. I had no idea. I wrote to you through the ap and you said you had a ** day policy and that the drivers were already paid. BUT, they are crooks. They changed the amount I agreed to. Do I have no recourse? I prefer you to Lyft and want to stay loyal but this will be a deal breaker. I am very upset. Can you track my history and investigate?
