I am a first time Uber user. My car is being repaired and I have seen your commercials and I thought I would do a new thing. I got the app and set an appointment to be picked up at **:** am. I did that at *:**am so ... everything seemed good. I canceled that in case my car happened to be fixed and tried to do it again at **:**am. It was not the same experience. I was not able to indicate the time and cars started coming for every attempt. Finally one driver said to me just call when you are ready. I did call after I was outside at the pick up point and I got to work on time after a great amount of stress. I do not want to be responsible for any fees changed to my account other than for the trip that I took with this service. Even though this was way too much stree and inconvenience for what actually happened. I would simply ask that I not be charged for any fees that happened due to the confusion of your service, please and thank you for your time and patience.
