Uber doesn't have a customer phone number that is answered by an agent. Instead, GetHuman-paige_sh will need to dig through the advice provided by Uber, other customers and consumer advocacy websites like GetHuman. I was charged a $** fee for cleaning. The whole experience was bad. We waited at the pick-up spot for quite some time and we eventually got a hold of the driver. There was a huge language barrier between the driver and I. She couldn't explain where she was, so we began walking around and looking in other parking lots. We spotted her in the distance and saw her begin to drive away without calling us. We then started to chase after the vehicle. She was rude and could't speak English. We were courteous and laid towels on the seats as we were coming from the beach. The entire experience was terrible. Being a former Uber driver and being treated like this was unacceptable. This situation needs to be resolved, at this point I do not want to ride with Uber or even recommend it!
