Uber doesn't have a customer phone number that is answered by an agent. Good afternoon. I recently used uber (June **) and had the most horrible experience. *I scheduled the drive in advance (*:**pm pick up) so I would be able to attend one of my close friend's wedding with time to spare (arrival at church would be *:** with a *:** start time). My driver made numerous wrong turns, making my arrival time closer and closer to the start of the wedding. He eventually got on the wrong highway, which made the arrival time past *:**. Knowing I was now running late to the wedding, he disregarded safety cones and went into a street that was closed off by police, which in turn got him pulled over and ticketed, making me extremely late for the wedding (missing the beginning part of the ceremony and without a seat). This is not acceptable. *My boyfriend wrote a complaint yesterday and I received a small discount, but I want a complete refund. I will not accept paying over $** for a ride that not only made me late for a memorable day in my friends lives, but put my safety at risk by blatently disregarding police and cones. I use uber multiple times a week, sometimes multiple times a day, because of its reliability, but this experience proved otherwise. I am highly disappointed, and will take my business elsewhere if I am not refunded.
