Uber doesn't have a customer phone number that is answered by an agent. The issue in GetHuman-hahender's own words
Rode in an Uber last name with a gentleman by the name of Hazim. Was getting out and my phone fell inside the car. When I realized he had already drove off. Have been trying to get help from support desks, waiting on emails and calling numerous people including Uber drivers to get this situation resolved. My personal data such as my debit card, room key, military ID, and military license are with my phone. I have also contacted Uber on facebook to try and sign into my account and they basically tell me they have to wait to confirm with the driver through an EMAIL. WHY is there not a number we can call to actually talk to someone instead of getting blown off for FOURTEEN hours??? What if something actually happened with the driver? where would we go to???type a couple words in a box??? terrible customer service and when I get my phone back I will no longer travel with Uber.
