Help with my Uber issue

Uber doesn't have a customer phone number that is answered by an agent. Instead, GetHuman-colsonjw will need to dig through the advice provided by Uber, other customers and consumer advocacy websites like GetHuman. The issue in GetHuman-colsonjw's own words
Requested an Uber pool from San Francisco, CA to Foster City, CA. The Total cost was **.**. When the other passesnger in the Uber pool was brought to their destination, ending their ride, my ride was also ended. Checking my bank statement I realized I was charged the original amount, $**.** which should have got me to Foster City, CA. **Then running behind schedule, I exited the Uber pool and requested a personal Uber to get me to my destination in Foster City, CA from Brisbane, CA, where the other passesnger has ended thier trip and where I was then located. The cost of this new trip was $**.**, roughly the same cost as what the first trip was. **My problem, I’ve paid double the cost and spent twice as long to get to my destination (work) which I am now late for. I spend a lot of money on Uber. I would like to be reembust for both these amounts immediately. I not only spent this money unnecessarily becuase of an error on Uber’s part, but I’ve lost a value higher in dollars due to missing time at my job. **I would like this resolved. **Thank you for your time, **Colson Warren
