I had a terrible experience with your Uber driver on Sunday. The address provided was a bit unclear but instead of your driver being patient with me, completely lost his temper. * times he told me to get out of the car. I had to reason with him because I was visiting the Los Angeles area and my phone was literally about to die, so I had no where else to go. Finally the driver finally lost his temper for a fourth time and told me to get out of the car and even opened the door. I am a young lady and by this time of night my phone had died. Here I was stranded in the dark and in the middle of nowhere all because the driver could not be patient as we located the correct address. I had to take a random ride from a stranger just to get back to my car. Anything couldn’t move happened to me in the dark and with no cell phone. I am very disappointed in Uber and the drivers they choose to hire. I would like a refund and to be compensated!
