Two problems that Uber should fix by sending me refunds:*While in Chicago, from May ** to May **, I was charged by drivers twice for minutes "waiting." I was standing on the curb both times and got into the car as soon as the drivers stopped. No way did I keep either driver waiting. That was not true and I should be recompensed for those two charges, even if they are very minute, because it was not honest.*Secondly, I was charged on May** for cancelling a call to Uber that I had set up the evening before, with pick-up set on Monday morning between *:** and *:** to take me to Midway. The driver did not pick me up and Uber texted me at *:** that my appointed ride had been cancelled! I called a cab and made it to the airport, but then found that Uber charged ME for the cancellation. Now I see that Uber has given my Uber account a credit for that charge but I may never use Uber again, and I want the $* returned to me. Judith Wood
