To whom it may concern,**My name is Timma'i Selete the weekend of May **th -**th was my first time joining uber as a means of transportation. I have recently checked my account and noticed that I have * different charges of $*.** cancellation fees. I was quite disappointed to see these charges on my account and expect for this matter to be corrected. I canceled one ride because the driver was taking to long due to having trouble finding the hotel, for this reason I was told by the driver to cancel the ride if I had a problem. This is the only ride that was canceled and based on the driver lack of direction I should not have been charged for that either. The way this matter can be fixed is by refunding me my money in full a total of $**.
