I initiated a case with USPS (Case Confirmation: [redacted]5) and after speaking to a helpful agent, the package started to move from California. However, it appears to be stuck at a distribution center near Bayonne NJ. My tracking information shows it hasn't progressed, and I'm concerned about its whereabouts. I have faced issues with USPS in the past, and the current delay is frustrating. Despite the challenges of COVID-19, the extended shipping time is unreasonable. I've been on hold for almost 2 hours trying to speak to a representative. The package is so close to my location, yet it hasn't reached me. I plan to investigate its last location personally. Good afternoon, my name is Melany Perez, and I am experiencing an issue with my package. It was supposed to arrive between July 31 and August 1. However, on August 1, I received an email stating a 3 to 5-day delay, but there have been no updates since. It has now been nearly two weeks, and the package has not arrived. I was expecting it before the 10th. I contacted customer service last week, and they promised to provide an update within three days, but I haven't heard anything. On July 25, [redacted], I anticipated receiving two packages from wish.com. When I checked with the post office, the packages were missing. Similarly, I was also waiting for another package on July 24, [redacted], which did not arrive. This totals three missing packages from wish.com. I confronted the person at the post office, who claimed the packages were picked up. I am confused as to how this could happen without any proper identification or signature. The supervisor's response almost led to an argument. I never received any notification slips from the post office regarding these packages, even though Wish informed me they had arrived. I had them all sent to my P.O. box. I am unsure of what steps to take next, and I am reaching out for assistance. Thank you.

I purchased a unique artist commission item on eBay, which cannot be replaced. After moving from Las Vegas to Southern California and setting up mail forwarding, there was an issue with the address label, resulting in the item being sent to my old address. I contacted the post office to prevent delivery to the wrong address, but the item was still delivered while they were investigating. Now I am concerned about retrieving the package from my old address and have been experiencing difficulties reaching USPS customer service to resolve the issue. Despite numerous attempts to contact the Summerlin Las Vegas Post Office, I have been unable to speak with anyone and keep getting disconnected after waiting for an operator. The situation has left me feeling frustrated and unsure of how to proceed.

I have a package that arrived at the Post Office in Avery, TX, which is 29 miles from me in Simms, TX. Instead of delivering it to me, they sent it back to Shreveport, LA, which is 91 miles away. The tracking information showed an alert that it was forwarded. It reached Shreveport on August 13th and departed on August 14th en route to its final destination. The last update on August 17th indicated it was moving within the USPS network and on track for delivery, currently in transit to the next facility. I have not received any updates in the last two days. I find it puzzling that it would take six days for it to travel from Shreveport back to Simms. The package was shipped on August 6th. I am focusing on the latter part of the shipping process as that is where the issue lies. The tracking number for this package is [redacted][redacted]87.

I've encountered a delivery issue with a package sent to my customer in Jacksonville, FL, at [redacted] Willesdon DR E, 32[redacted]. The tracking number is 9[redacted] 0[redacted] [redacted] 66. The recipient tried to contact the local post office, where they were informed that the package was intercepted in Jacksonville and the sender requested it to be returned. This information is incorrect. The package, which is a priority 3-day service, has not been delivered for about two weeks now. I am keen on having the package delivered promptly. I did not ask for anything to be returned to me. I am quite disappointed by the substandard service provided. If the package is sent back to me, I will demand a refund as the service was not fully executed, making me eligible for a refund on the priority postage service.

My name is Jess Hernandez, and I am the owner of [redacted] Greens Creek Road. A renter, turned squatter, has caused significant distress to my wife and me since last November. Unfortunately, due to Covid-19, legal proceedings to remove him are on hold. The squatter, Robert Ming, has even gone as far as renting out rooms in my house and threatening me with physical violence multiple times. To aggravate the situation, both squatters, Robert Ming and his girlfriend Jennifer Fullmer, receive mail at the property. Despite removing my mailbox, they installed their own with their names. This has led to ongoing issues with our mail, including lost packages and important documents. Additionally, the service at the general delivery when we attempt to retrieve our mail has been extremely rude, which is unwarranted. I hope this matter will be addressed promptly and appropriately. I placed an order using the app from "Free Prints" with a delivery date of the 26th, but it did not arrive. Interestingly, another order made hours later by my mother arrived on the 25th with the same delivery date. I am concerned as it's now past the specified delivery date for my initial order. I would like to know the status of my package, the updated delivery estimate, and if there are any necessary steps on my end to address any issues. On August 21st, I purchased two cases of water from Walmart for $39.60. However, on August 23rd, the tracking information indicated that my order was out for delivery in the morning but then was marked as "refused" at 3:55 pm. I did not refuse the package, and it seems to have been delivered to the wrong address. The tracking number for the package is/was [redacted][redacted]37. I promptly contacted USPS on August 24th and was given a case number: [redacted]6. USPS informed me that the case was referred to the local postal service, but despite trying to reach them at the provided number, I have not received a response. This is the second time in a month that I have had issues with Walmart deliveries. I need to know when I will receive my order, or if I should seek a refund from Walmart due to the Postal Service's error. I am frustrated to be without my items and $39.60 out of pocket. Any guidance would be appreciated.

The package has not arrived after 9 business days, even though tracking shows it reached JAMAICA NEW YORK INTERNATIONAL DISTRIBUTION CENTER on August 20, [redacted]. We have not been receiving our regular mail since August 27th. On August 29th at 7:42 pm, we received a text about 2 expected Amazon packages from USPS saying they had an issue with delivery and would try again. Our mailbox is at the street with the driveway open; the small packages could have easily fit in the mailbox but no delivery attempt was made while we were home. As of today, August 31st, the packages have still not been delivered. We did receive an expected Amazon package on August 30th, but the 2 from August 29th are still missing. Reports from an online neighborhood group indicate others are also experiencing mail delivery issues for the last few days. Some areas of Walden Rd are getting deliveries, but our side with even numbers, including [redacted], is not. I am looking to track my package with tracking number ##[redacted][redacted]62. I purchased a 9 oz first-class label from Illinois to ship to my customer in Louisiana. However, my customer received a letter stating they need to pay $5.80 to receive the package, even though I had paid for a 9 oz label at $4.08. I contacted the Clinton, LA Post Office, and they mentioned the package was actually 12 oz, not 9 oz. Even if that were the case, the cost difference between a 9 oz and 12 oz package should not be $5.80. I have evidence with pictures my customer sent me of the package, the postage due stamp, and the receipt showing the $5.80 payment. I am considering using UPS for future shipments due to this issue, as it seems unfair to charge the customer twice for the postage discrepancy.

The package I was expecting from China hasn't arrived at my house. I was informed via email that it was delivered to "my local post office." The issue is that the post office near me is closed, and I am unsure which post office it was sent to instead. We have been receiving other customers' mail recently. Today, we received mail that was not intended for us, with the address being completely wrong. Additionally, there seems to be a missing package that was marked as delivered at the door or porch, but we did not receive it.
