If this was the order of the PostMaster in dropping notices in mail boxes they need to be responsible by filling out the guideline information.

Is the drop off flyer a scam? Had no name or contact information on the drop off instructions. ... I live in Lake Charles, LA *****. *I received a flyer in my mail box week of ********* on mailbox guidelines along with us form ****. The form information was have hard to read because it was a copy and the ink print was very light on the inspection form items (*-**) list. This form was NOT checked at any of the check list items. Number ** had a remark stating : After June ** you can pick up your mail at the P.O. for ** days, then it will be returned to the sender. *The flyer did NOT stated a name name and was NOT signed by anyone or the address of what post office to pick up the mail after June **. So what year is the cut-off date!!!!*I SEE NO FAULTS CHECKED on any of the ** boxes. *Could this be a scam being put out by a person in Lake Charles, LA ******I have always been told when an inspection or a NOTICE is being sent to anyone, a name and contact information is required. With this said that would also include the postal service and any other government agency. *I my training from schooling to this day Is to post name, contact information and fill out form correctly and signed any form. If this form was sent out by the instructions of the postmaster of Lake Charles, LA. the postmasters name should have been printed and signed by the postmaster. COULD THIS BE A SCAM!!!!!!*Be responsible as a postmaster!!!!!
