Dear Customer Service, I am reaching out to you as recommended by FAST. I reside in the UK and recently made an online purchase of decorative wooden parts for an acoustic guitar from Petros Guitars. The details of the seller are: Bruce Petros Petros Guitars, Inc. [redacted] County Rd. CE Kaukauna, WI [redacted] [redacted] These items were shipped in one package via Priority Mail International Service on 25th Feb [redacted], with tracking number CJ[redacted]29US. The recipient and address details are as follows: Mr W. Hewitt 12 Matlock Way, Desborough, Northamptonshire Postal Code NN14 2UR United Kingdom (UK) Since 28th Feb, the tracking information has been stagnant at 'In Transit', causing concern as there is no record of the parcel being received in the UK by Parcelforce. I made a purchase on walmart.com for fishing sinkers for my disabled son on March 8th. I received an email on March 12th claiming the package was delivered to my mailbox, but it was not there. After waiting a few more days, I contacted walmart.com, who directed me to the original sender. They resent the package, and another email on March 18th said it was delivered to my mailbox, but it was not. After waiting and calling on March 25th, they refunded my money, but I still need the product. As a last resort, I checked Amazon, which only delivers this item through the mail. I am worried about not receiving the fishing sinkers for my son as this has happened multiple times in the past. I have tried to contact the Murry Hill branch with no success. I appreciate your assistance in resolving this issue. Thank you.

I need assistance canceling a post office box I rented on March 14 at the Post Office located at [redacted] Walters Road, Houston, Texas [redacted]. A representative informed me that I had to pay for a minimum of six months to rent the box and did not offer a three-month option. I am requesting a refund for the $59.00 rental fee I paid, which was denied. Despite being told my family would immediately start receiving mail after renting the box, we have not received anything as of March 25. Upon visiting the post office, we did not receive our mail from the box we rented, and when we requested assistance at the window, we were unable to retrieve our mail as it was sent out of town for a change of address label before being returned to our local post office.

I have been using the post office in Eloy, Arizona for years, and generally find the staff to be friendly and helpful. However, on 03/22/[redacted], I had a negative experience when mailing a fragile package. The clerk, who was not friendly, did not handle the package carefully despite me indicating it was fragile. After throwing it into a bin, it hit the edge and fell to the floor. When I expressed my concern, she dismissed it. I believe this behavior is rude and unacceptable. I had taken precautions to protect the fragile glass inside. I hope the employee's attitude can be addressed. Thank you for your attention; this is the first time I've had to complain about USPS service.

I am facing an issue with the post office holding my mail. I ordered textbooks from South Korea, but they refused to release the package to me. Despite not receiving any prior notice of delivery, they left a slip in my mailbox after I called them on March 13th. I signed the slip and put it back, but they still did not deliver the package. I requested for it to be left with my leasing agent, as they usually do, but they chose to return it to the sender instead. Despite multiple attempts to contact the post office, I have not been successful in reaching them. This experience has been frustrating, and I am seeking assistance in retrieving my package.

I reached out to my local post office this morning at 7:55 AM. It took more than 20 rings before someone answered. After requesting the supervisor, I was transferred between 4 people before finally connecting with the supervisor after a 40-minute hold. Despite some delays, I was informed that the mail delivery issue was possibly due to a GPS error. However, this explanation did not address why my outgoing mail was not collected. We have been facing mail problems since moving to this address 5 years ago, often experiencing complaints and poor attitudes. Fortunately, the staff I spoke with today were polite, and the supervisor didn't defend the carrier's actions. While I appreciate the improved customer service, it's frustrating that our urgent items were not delivered on time and our outgoing mail wasn't picked up as needed.

Two months of mail were recently forwarded from a UPS store in Del Mar, CA to a residence in Bethesda, MD. Unfortunately, when the envelope arrived, it was open and only contained a single newsletter. I am concerned about the rest of the mail that may have fallen out during transit. I am hoping to understand what typically happens to mail that is lost during shipping. Will it be returned to the sender, discarded, or delivered to the intended recipient? I shipped a package from Hamburg, Germany on January 12th. Unfortunately, the premium package via DHL/USPS did not reach Boston before February 5th. Consequently, I had to purchase new equipment totaling $[redacted] since my tour began by February 5th. The recipient declined the late package upon arrival. According to the tracking, the package has been in Boston since February 5th. I urgently need to locate it. The package number is CY[redacted]91DE. I am concerned about recent threats and investigations involving individuals connected to Circles of Care in Merritt Island. There are ties between Ann, mentioned in the post, and this organization, as well as Sheriff Wayne Ivey. I reported issues with mail delivery to Karen, the postal inspector in Melbourne, but received no response and was accused of knowing someone named Florence Lori. The Attorney General and a Post Office director were also notified about these concerns. I am unsure if Ann is part of Circles of Care or if Karen is still involved. John, a white-haired man from Melbourne, offered to testify on my behalf but may have relocated. I am worried about ongoing investigations and financial strain due to these incidents. I am reaching out for assistance and clarity on the situation involving Circles of Care, law enforcement, and postal services.

I have been trying to reach Doug at [redacted] without success. The auto insurance company has been attempting to contact me, and I have not been able to respond. I simply need a prompt response and a fax to resolve this issue. The situation is that NDCBU was involved in an accident on February 22, [redacted], at [redacted] Mitchell Road in Ceres, CA. I need to know if USPS will file a claim with the motorist's insurance company. As the owner of the building, we have a claim, and the motorist's insurance requires all claims to be received before starting payment. USPS is the final claim needed. I await your response before providing the insurance information. I appreciate quick assistance as I have been experiencing long hold times and delays in receiving a callback. I am reaching out regarding my order with tracking number [redacted][redacted][redacted]. I have contacted the company I purchased from via email. Interestingly, the order page displayed the tracking number twice, which I noticed when attempting to copy it. Unfortunately, my package has not arrived. I find it odd that both tracking numbers are the same; I expected one for the origin and one for the destination. It appears the package is lost, misdirected, or conceivably was never dispatched. Kindly initiate an investigation into the matter and inform me if there are any associated fees. The seller is Chairish.com in collaboration with Perenial West.

I made an online order with Gymboree expecting it to arrive via FedEx, but now USPS is also part of the delivery process. Unfortunately, the package seems to be stuck in a loop based on the tracking information. The address it should be delivered to is [redacted] Halsey Road, [redacted], but it only reaches Arlington, VA before being redirected. In January [redacted], I posted a letter to my son residing at [redacted] NE 50th in Portland, OR. Regrettably, he never received it. To rectify this, on April 1, [redacted], I sent him another mail using a priority mailing envelope, assuring delivery by April 3. Despite the tracking indicating it was "OUT FOR DELIVERY" and due by 8 p.m. on April 3, he did not receive it that day or the following. The tracking status on April 4 changed to an "ALERT" for delivery. I visited the Durango, Colorado post office, the origin facility, seeking assistance, but they directed me to have my son inquire at the Portland, OR post office. This has left me frustrated and disappointed. While I prefer USPS, I am considering alternative carriers until this issue is resolved regarding the mail with tracking number 9[redacted] 3[redacted] [redacted] 39. My aim is to alert others about my experience after giving the post office an opportunity to locate the missing mail for my son. Thank you.

Regarding tracking number [redacted][redacted]23, I checked on the package's delivery status, and although it shows as delivered, neither the office nor my mother has received it. I have been attempting to contact the Barrigada post office in Guam since Friday, April 5, but have had no luck getting through. I am concerned about where the delivery driver left the package since it wasn't received at the specified addresses. I even confirmed with the Property Manager, Pearl Mendiola, who stated they did not receive the package as indicated on the system. I need assistance in locating the missing package. My uncle sent my laptop from Lake Hiawatha, New Jersey, to 52 Governor's Street in Gibraltar on March 30th using USPS. I have been tracking the parcel, but since April 3rd, for the last 7 days, it has been stuck at Barajas Airport in Madrid, Spain. Recently, I received an email from Gibraltar stating that it seems Spain is sending the parcel back to the USA, without any given reason. Despite reaching out to various authorities and filing a missing item report, I am still unable to get any clarity on the situation. As I am based in India, contacting the involved parties directly has been challenging. I recently found a letter intended for a friend at Boulder Station Casino in Las Vegas, NV. After delivering it to her, I realized that the casino's security didn't want to give it to her, citing problems with her identification. Despite my request to mail it back, they declined. Is it within their rights to reject remailing the letter? Can the casino legally withhold mail from its rightful recipient?

It was marked as undeliverable on March 25 as I was not home, but I am confused as to why it wasn't left in my mailbox or redelivered the next day. My spouse was involved in a collision with a postal vehicle on 04/03/[redacted]. An accident report has been filed, clearly showing the postal driver's fault, which he admitted at the scene, despite the supervisor denying it. We have been attempting to contact the claims person, but our calls have not been returned. We hope to resolve this without legal action and have the vehicle repaired. Since closing on our new house on 9/28/[redacted], we have experienced unreliable mail delivery. Notable instances include missing a wedding invitation mailed in early March, as well as two checks from a business, one sent in March and the other two weeks ago. Despite confirming the correct address was used, we have not received these important items. The sporadic delivery service raises concerns about other potentially undelivered mail. Our mail delivery pattern varies, with 2-3 days passing without any mail followed by a bundle wrapped in a rubber band. At times, the mail truck exclusively visits our house, overlooking neighboring addresses. The inconsistency prompts us to seek assistance in understanding the situation.
