Awaiting the inspection report from the Greensboro NC local PO. Damaged goods were picked up under Confirmation *: WEC*********, from Replacements LTD on Jan *th. According to them, all the required itemas were picked up on ******. IE: Packaging, All packing materials used, and All the Damaged goods, per USPS requirements in an Insurance claim. All Required Documentation was presented in PDF Format, from Replacements LTD, detailing all the damaged pieces of China, and their Values per our Purchasing agreement. They paid me for the undamaged goods. I am out $** for the rest. The * items were mailed on ********, and verified as properly marked to be shipped together. * arrived * days later. the Other, * days after that. The Terrible storm off the coast of NC, would cause the delay in the * day guarenteed delivery. That is acceptable. The fact that they got seperated is not. I filed my Claim on *******, and have been forced to jump thrpugh hoops ever since. The folks @ my Local did nothing, but tell me go online, which I'd alreay done... Every person I've talked to on the phone has passed the Buck, but one. She was kind enough to schedule the Pickup for me. * days later, I called again looking for an update from Accounting. They told me I had to call the Local PO in Greensboro that picked the items up and request for them to please finish the inspection of them, and then ask them to forward the results to the proper USPS dept. To me, that is absurd! Since when does a paying customer have to urge any company to provide the service they are PAID to Perform? *I NEED HELP! my *, ***-***-****. Email *****@***.com
