My name is Pamela McNeil. My address is **** Turnaway Lane North Chesterfield, Va. *****. Our mail is either not being delivered or not being deliver until *-* pm. Today it is *:**pm & no mail delivery in the whole neighborhood. We did not receive our mail until after *:** pm. Also, carrier is not picking up all of the mail. Last week only one package was removed form our box but it was obvious they knew * pkgs were in there because one pkg was pushed out of the back of the box & new mail was put in front. Also carrier only delivers part of mail. EX: I went to box to pick up mail, carrier turned truck around, called me over to the truck & said, here is the rest of your mail. Shouldn’t the carrier have brought the mail to me instead of me having to walk down the road to the truck & when we the packages are delivered to the porch , carrier stands on the sidewalk & throws the pkg on the porch instead of walking up the steps & putting it on the porch. I have spoken to the branch manager on several occasions. She says she can’t guarantee a delivery time. She will talk to carrier about throwing pkgs (I have ring doorbell & see the carrier throw pkgs) but nothing ever changes. They act like they don’t care about their customer. I have already talked to someone at customer service. I was told the branch manager was talked to but nothing has changed. We are at our wits end & need help but can’t seem to get any! Can you help??! We would like to get our mail delivered every day at a time before *pm & I would like to have all of my mail delivered & I would like to have pkgs placed on my porch not thrown on my porch. I really don’t think that is too much to ask.
