I just want some accountability when carriers of USPS leave packages at the wrong address. It is very frustrating. I never received my package and I had reorder and spend extra money. ... USPS tracking indicated that a package was delivered to my home address at *:** pm. I was home all day and no package was delivered- tracking number -**********************. I know there is no way to prove that the package was not delivered at my address. I just want to express my disappointment with USPS. I have had several experiences where this has happened. I already placed a new order with the merchant and paid more money for another carrier. I should not have to spend extra money that I work so hard to earn. I tried calling customer service by phone but was waiting over an hour. I don’t expect to receive a reply but I ask that you advise your carriers to look closely at the address. Thank you. This is so frustrating because your customer service department has not reached out to me. I received an automatic email stating that my issue was fixed. No one reached out to me by email to discuss this. At this point, I give up. I don’t expect a reply. USPS does not appreciate its customers.
I know I can’t get my package back. I know it was not delivered to my house. I just ask that the USPS make carriers away of the importance of looking at the address and delivering to the correct location. I would like an human to response by email and not an automated response. I am extremely disappointed with USPS.
I am a good customer because I order items in good faith. I understand that mistakes happpen and everyone is human. There have been other issues with USPS as far as delivery and I have not complained. I understand that things happen.
I reordered and paid extra for another carrier service -Fedex. It is unfortunate that I have to double pay due to a package not being delivered to the correct location. I also called customer service and was on hold for over an hour before I hung up the phone in frustration.
