I mailed a package from the Wilkinsburg, Pa. ***** branch on Dec. **,**** at *:** pm. The tracking number is CH*********US. It has been in customs since Dec. ** in Brussells, Belgium. No further information and it was international priority express which has a * - ** day delivery. I don't have any more information about my package. I have a claim number, DE*******. What did I pay $***.** for delivery in that time frame if it hasn't arrived yet or can't be found? I'd like a full refund of my money plus what was in the package. This is a real messed up of doing business.
