I tried going to the online website downloaded to my phone us bank reliacard first I tried logging in and turns out that I needed to setup my account so I try doing that then it says already have an account but I don't ask me for the cvv code and it was the code fore sure said it was wrong and so now locked out for ** hrs just downrite rediculousness and still don't have anything closer of having an account to keep any sort of knowledge as to what is going on in my account I also tried updating info was put on hold for brief moment to be told that just be told I can't change anything had to call twc tele center I just need to know the status of my payment for the last * wks
