My account has been frozen since July I sent the faxes in to prove my identity numerous times I also sent an email to the FIU team I also did identity sing with the driver's licensing and taking a personal photo I've called numerous times with no Prevail I have almost $*,*** in my account with you I would like to access my funds I'm also a US Bank customer I don't get what's going on here with your company all's I want is my money I've done everything I possibly can try to be compliant with no Prevail at all I wish to get my money transferred into my regular bank account and close my ReliaCard account because I no longer ever in my life or recommend anybody to do any kind of business with ReliaCard I am very frustrated with this it's been over * months since I've been able to access my funds and which is ridiculous do you guys have no right at all to hold my funds what else is the person supposed to do I've been trying to be patient and compliant I'm very frustrated with the whole deal please help
