Us bank ReliaCard customer service ***** they have locked my account down going on * weeks over address changing I've done everything they told me to do faxed in documents they have gave me the wrong number twice and it's a wedding. The first customer service agent told me that you'll meet documents that have to sign and upload my ID and a proof of where I live and did have to wait three to five days in the mail for it to come they were wrong it's supposed to be a fax with you jacksfilm you're up a dedication and where you live now it's going on * weeks on Thursday my lights are about to get cut off my water is cut off and my phone bill tomorrow will be cut off Phil said bounce because my card is inactive talk to a customer service today Sunday on the **th of September **** tell her the situation she was supposed to be a customer care supervisor she told me to go get assistance I have money in the bank that's locked up and can't get into what should I do I feel like they're holding my money and they're not going to get it back to me tomorrow I'm going to call and I'm going nine kinds of s*** bar fit if my money does not get unlocked I told them I'm turning them into the the BBB they don't want to help me every time I call I get a different answer and what to do two agents gave me the wrong fax number did I finally get the fax number correct and they still don't have my fax i I'm done with they're this so-called bank that you can't even talk to a branch and go in person and talk to them is rude they just tell you what you want to hear unprofessionally the supervisor tells me to go get help like assistance with a church or some kind of assistance in the government I don't need assistance with them I need assistance getting my money out not with him not get help go get help when I have plenty money to cover my bills this month and I can't even pay them because of a address change because of their bulshit and people that they work attire don't know what you're saying they just put it out there this u.s. Bank ReliaCard is poorly trained customer service they call themselves live agents whatever they are and then I had to let it hang up on me the supervisor because I told her I'm going to throw up in her face if I seen her face I throw up in it I'm going to get some sleep and wake up with a better attitude and call them straight in the morning they better have this s*** together in the morning and get my funds to me like I said it's going on three weeks on Thursday all my ships getting turned off my water next my electric my phone bill I won't have a phone tomorrow because my phone was overdue and I had to get an extension in my extension ran out in at **am and it'll be turned off my phone can somebody please help me with my situation I need to get my cash out of there..
