Hello, my name is Brian Van Dielen, my mailing address is *** W. Baldwyn Dr. , Pueblo, Co. *****. I had checking, saving, credit card and ready reserve loan accounts with you folks till middle of May ****. At that time the IRS inquired about these accounts in connection with my wife and I filing separate tax returns for the first time in over ** years... all was fine with that and them, but someone at your bank decided my accounts needed to be closed. So without notice all accounts were frozen and closed. I did most of my banking via online and was locked out of it without notice. All account statements were accessed in the same fashion because we were signed up for paperless statements. All payments were on the reserve and credit account were made through auto pay with the bill pay system. I was completely cut off from all information. I went to the branch bank I normally used and they couldn't get much information about any of the goings on. I was able to get an address to send payments to for the accounts I owed payments on, but had no clear picture of what the payment was to be or the exact due dates od the payments... the address I was given was US Bank, P.O. Box ******, St Louis, Mo. *****-****. After calls back and forth to your customer service number for the Denver Metro area over a two month span I found out that the address I was send all the payments to was correct only for the credit card payment and that there was a separate address where the reserve account payments should have been sent which is US Bank Ready Reserve Payments, P.O. Box ******, St. Louis, Mo. *****-****. The ready reserve accounts involved here are account * ************ and account *************. I final received a statement * days ago for the account ending in **** and a day * days after that from your collections branch....My wife called you collection branch and explained all to them but they insist on talking to me which is a problem I'm presently in Mexico and have on way of calling a **** number... I can call normal local us numbers thus I have been able to call a number of the numbers for help, like the St. Louis credit card center and customer service, my wife ask for a regular local phone number that I could call at your collections branch and was told there is one. Payments have been made each and every month to these reserve line accounts but haven't been credited because they went to the wrong address... some of them were found to have been credited to a premier line of credit that is in my name but hasn't been used in a few years and is completely closed by you folks now.... not sure how in the **** a closed credit account that has no balance owed on it receives payments but it did... as of over two weeks ago those funds were to be transferred to the proper ready reserve accounts.... other payments I have made haven't shown up at all here is a list of the payments sent through my credit unions automatic payment system... my credit union shows these paments delivered and checks cashed by US Bank Please track these payments down and credit them where the belong all payments have the account number on them they were to be credited to. I want the late charges credited back off my accounts since its not my fault you folks gave me the wrong address to send my payments to and shut down my access to all information about my accounts status, I'm hoping all my account statements will be mailed now I have requested that for the past * months and have started receiving some of them so far. Here are the payments that have been made.... to account *************... ****** $***.**, ******* $***.**, &****** $**.** ….To account * ************... ******* $***.**, ******* $***.**, To make processing my information easier my social security number is ***-**-****. My date of birth is **********. I'm sending this email on the advice of my lawyer and will send a copy for him.
