I'm Jenny Russell. I have been dealing with a lost package issue all week without any help in resolving it. I have documented all my calls, and this situation has caused me a great deal of anxiety. I request a refund for both the mailing costs and the contents of the package. Unfortunately, I never received a tracking number but have a pick-up number and another referral number. As a low-income senior recovering from surgery, I simply wanted to send a Christmas gift to my sister and cannot afford to ignore this loss. I kindly ask for a full refund and appreciate your assistance in resolving this matter.

I need help with my package. It was sent to the wrong location. It has been 14 days since I made a claim, but there has been no progress in the investigation. I am anxious to receive it before the 20th to give it to my child. UPS has been unhelpful as the delivery deadline was the 9th and it was misdirected on the 3rd. I've reached out to UPS and the company I purchased it from with no luck. I just want my son's Christmas present on time.

Last month, I purchased a Nintendo Switch Lite from Mercari. The seller shipped the package to me, but a damage report was issued when it reached Charlotte, NC. The report disappeared later, and the tracking information shows that my package has been in Raleigh for almost two weeks now. I was expecting it to arrive before Christmas as it is a gift, but currently, I am uncertain about the situation. I am unsure if I should ask for a refund or continue waiting. I need a resolution within two days to decide if I should order from Amazon instead.

Since moving to my new house in [redacted], I have experienced ongoing delivery issues with UPS. Out of approximately 50 Amazon orders, only 5-10 have reached my address while the rest were mistakenly delivered elsewhere. This has led to numerous inconveniences as I had to track down my packages. I am frustrated by the lack of professionalism in not receiving callbacks or solutions. The repeated errors would typically result in an employee being fired at any other company. The situation reached a concerning point when I had to enter someone else's property and faced a threatening encounter. These continuous mistakes are unacceptable and need to be addressed promptly.

I recently sent a gift using a repurposed box that had a symbol resembling hazardous materials, causing UPS to return it to me without notifying me first. I contacted UPS and spent over an hour on the phone, enduring 7 transfers where I had to repeatedly explain the situation due to language barriers and distractions like a loud barking dog in the background. Finally, when directed to billing, I faced automated prompts that didn't apply to my issue and was ultimately disconnected with a message that they were closed until Monday. With the UPS store closed, I'm unable to seek guidance on how to resend the package without incurring additional charges.

I tracked a package with UPS, and I was home all day waiting for the UPS van with tracking number W[redacted]47. Online, I received a notification that it was delivered at 12:56 on Saturday, December 19, [redacted]; however, it was not. Despite searching thoroughly, I could not find the package. I contacted UPS customer service, and they mentioned that a message was relayed to the driver to contact me - unfortunately, it's Sunday. I may try calling again on Monday, but the situation is frustrating.

I have two packages scheduled to arrive on December 16, [redacted], containing two Legends Neon Lights. They have been held up since December 3, [redacted], at UPS. I reached out to the seller who shipped them on November 30, [redacted]. I urgently need them by 12-23-[redacted] as they are Christmas gifts for my grandsons. These are the only gifts I have for them, and it's essential they arrive on time. I paid for them weeks ago, and having them after Christmas won't have the same impact. I was expecting to receive my package on Saturday by 9 a.m., but that did not happen. I rescheduled the delivery to be at a UPS access point, but there have been no updates since then. The tracking information does not show that it is out for delivery. I have dealt with FedEx and DHL in the past without this kind of difficulty. I am frustrated with UPS as they seem to be the worst delivery company. I am unable to speak with a representative as the phone line keeps directing me to robots. I am considering reaching out to the BBB.

Dear Customer Service, I have been attempting to reach you by phone and email for the past hour without success, hence my message on this website. I am encountering a significant problem with the UPS delivery service. On Wednesday, December 23, [redacted], at 13:02, a UPS van arrived at my residence. I observed the driver remaining in the vehicle and engaging in undisclosed activities. Despite the option to deliver the package to my neighbor, I waited for him to exit the van and swiftly approach my front door. However, to my surprise, the driver did not ring the doorbell. Before I could cover the short distance to my front door (approximately 5 meters), he had already retreated to his van and sped away at high velocity. UPS Tracking Number: 9[redacted] [redacted] 1 This appears to be a case of intentional avoidance of delivering the package. I have provided the tracking number for your reference in identifying the driver. I purchased the HOKEKI Knee Pillow for Side Sleepers with the tracking number 1Z81WV[redacted]04. According to the information provided, it was delivered on Monday, December 21, [redacted], and supposedly left on my porch or front door. However, no package was received at my residence that day. As I work from home, I can confirm that no UPS delivery was made to my house on that specific date. The item is a Christmas gift that was intended to arrive before the holiday. The latest tracking number, 1Z093R6F[redacted], belongs to one of the three recent packages left by the road in the snow, which is unusual as all deliveries from UPS, FedEx, and USPS are typically left at the garage door at the main house, not down by the road. In a rural area like mine, packages left in the snow by the road are vulnerable to theft. This is in contrast to the usual practice of UPS drivers, who normally bring Amazon Prime packages up to the house, especially since the driveway is clear and paved.

Our regular UPS delivery person, Ernie, consistently places our packages on the front porch, keeping them sheltered and out of view from the street. However, when a substitute delivery person is on duty, they tend to cut corners and leave packages near the garage door, sometimes obstructing it. Today, amidst continuous rain, our packages arrived after 6 p.m. when it was already dark. Reviewing our security camera footage, my spouse noticed two packages left unattended in the driveway, exposed to the rain, making them soaking wet. It's frustrating as one of the parcels contained vital medication that is now ruined. It's baffling how an individual could thoughtlessly leave a package vulnerable to the elements like that. Hopefully, the temporary staff receives proper training to prevent such mishaps. I kindly request a call from someone competent and in a position to address this issue. Merry Christmas!

My package was originally set to arrive by December 24th but has been delayed. After being shipped 6 days ago, the new delivery date is on December 28th at 9 PM. Given this significant delay, it would be more convenient if the package could arrive in the morning on Monday, December 28th. I hope they consider partially refunding the 2-day delivery fee due to the delay, as it is crucial for the recipient to receive the package promptly.

My delivery was scheduled for 12/11, and I contacted the [redacted] number multiple times. I was assured that my package would arrive that day and a customer service representative would call me, but that didn't happen. I was just informed today that the package is lost in transit. Why was this not communicated earlier? These items were meant to be Christmas gifts. I have spent the morning calling various numbers in frustration. The Taos NM location seems to consistently have issues based on previous complaints. I will notify Amazon about this experience as it may lead to losing a customer in the future. I was also told that I cannot select a different delivery method, which is disappointing as I would have chosen an alternative option given the chance. It is unreasonable to expect customers to provide extras to drivers for package delivery.

Dear all, I would like to report an incident regarding a delivery made by UPS driver, Andrew, on December 22, [redacted], at 58 Middle Country Road, Middle Island NY [redacted]. The package was delivered empty and compromised. We suspect that the NY state inspection stickers, valued at $[redacted].00, were missing from the package. Andrew searched his truck but could not locate the stickers. As a result, we had to refuse the package. We have already informed the Department of Motor Vehicles about this issue. I received a delivery from UPS today, and unfortunately, the driver's attitude was quite rude. Despite my arthritis, I rushed to the door as soon as I heard the knock, only to find him already back in his truck saying he had been to my house before (leaving a note on my window). He handed me the package brusquely, mentioning he still had a lot of deliveries to make. Even after wishing him a "Happy New Year," his response was far from cheerful. Hello, I have encountered an issue with the UPS My Choice webpage for the past 4 months. Despite leaving messages, I have not received any callbacks from UPS to address the problem. Every time I enter my information and credit card details, the webpage displays a security error and prompts me to call the UPS phone number, which I have done without success. As a result, I have resorted to using FedEx for my shipments. I would appreciate it if UPS could resolve this issue so I can resume using their services. Thank you. The delivery driver has unlatched my porch door and moved the brick that prevents it from swinging in the wind. Unfortunately, the driver did not put the brick back or relatch the door. I returned home to find the door more damaged than when I left. I am unable to afford a new door at this moment and am trying to keep it in its current state. I am disappointed by the lack of care shown by the driver, reflecting a disregard for others' property. I prefer not to share my personal details to prevent future delivery issues. Please remind all drivers to treat people's property with respect and courtesy. Some individuals may not have the means to replace damaged items easily and are doing their best to cope. It was supposedly mailed two days ago with the correct address, however, they listed Edgewater City instead of Lakewood.
