Today, using the Informed Delivery feature, I found out that a certified letter needing a signature was going to be delivered to my home. Despite waiting during the delivery window of 3-4pm, I received only a note saying they missed me. I was home, attentive, and no knock came. It's frustrating that I now have to go to the post office to get the letter. The mail carrier didn't make the promised delivery attempt, and it's inconvenient for me to go to the post office during business hours. I tried contacting the local post office, but I only reached a machine that eventually disconnected the call after ringing for about 3 minutes.

Regarding tracking number 1Z29783E[redacted]5, my delivery was expected two days ago. On the first day, there were delivery issues. Today, upon checking the status and noticing a delay, it claimed delivery was tried at 6:25 pm. However, I was home all day with my front door open until about 7:00 pm, with no ring from my doorbell. I observed two vehicles near my house, one possibly an ice cream truck by my neighbor's house and the other a church bus across the street. Despite these, no attempt was made to deliver to me, as no notice was left. For my address at [redacted] S Noble, Mesa, Arizona [redacted], I worry there may be an address problem. I sent a small package via UPS Store in Schooleys Mountain, NJ, to Salem, Oregon, on 12/15/20. The tracking number was 1ZY0919E[redacted]. The package was out for delivery on Tue, 12/22/[redacted], but the receiver, my friend of over 60 years, was unaware and did not receive it. After speaking to my friend, he mentioned past issues with the UPS driver. I contacted UPS Salem and provided Mr. Saunders' number, hoping they would deliver the package to him. Instead, they sent it back to me, arriving at the Schooleys Mountain UPS store on 1/11/[redacted]. Despite my efforts and various calls to UPS customer service, the package was not delivered as requested. I demand a refund of $14.50 or for the package to be resent without extra charges due to the poor service experienced. The time and frustration this has caused me is unacceptable. I've been monitoring package 1Z5855WW[redacted]. On Monday night, the tracking information indicated it was "out for delivery" to my home address. Today, UPS left a large box on my doorstep that does not belong to me. The tracking number is 1Z066 7AE 03 7[redacted]. My address is [redacted] Arminta St., West Hills, [redacted], but the box is intended for [redacted] Arminta St. Upon closer inspection, I noticed another label with the same address but followed by "P1 RED s: [redacted] 1:1." The package was left directly in front of my door, causing a safety hazard as I almost tripped over it. I kindly request for UPS to pick up the box and deliver it to the correct address at [redacted] Arminta St. The box will remain on my doorstep until it is retrieved. We live in the [redacted] area code in Divide, Colorado. We recently had a delivery driver mistakenly drive through our property, crossing over my septic tank and leach field. Despite the cold weather making these systems more delicate, the driver insisted he was trying to reach [redacted] Divide South Dr. After confronting him about trespassing, he eventually reversed back out, damaging some aspen trees in the process. The point where he entered our property didn't resemble a driveway. When I approached him about sitting on my septic system, he hastily drove off. It's concerning as the septic system might have been harmed. We are hopeful to discuss this incident further with a senior representative.

I wish to report an issue with our UPS driver. Our rural area has mailboxes at the road's start, intersecting State Route 43. Despite living half a mile down the road, the driver leaves packages near the mailboxes instead of delivering to homes. Last week, an expected wine delivery requiring an adult signature never made it to us. A case of wine was left by the mailboxes, 15 bottles unattended near a busy intersection. This negligence poses a serious risk, and UPS could be accountable. While we're accustomed to the driver's behavior, leaving alcohol unattended by a main road is unacceptable. I received a text notification that my package was left at my front door, but I couldn't find it. After starting an online claim, I was informed the next day that the package was delivered and the claim was closed. I called the [redacted] number to reopen the claim. Five days later, I found my package at [redacted] W Bluff Springs Rd instead of my address at [redacted] E Bluff Springs Rd. I don't think it's right for me to have to search my neighborhood for my package. How can a package addressed to [redacted] E end up at [redacted] W? The driver should have been able to see the wrong address by reading the house number, even if the GPS led them astray.

UPS informed me that my package was delivered, but I didn't receive it. After contacting the company, they sent another shipment. Today, the second package was due for delivery. Unfortunately, the driver falsely claimed it was left at my front door. To my dismay, I found the package carelessly tossed over the fence by the trash bins. I diligently monitored this delivery due to the previous failed attempt, resulting in a loss of a $[redacted] shipment for the company. My security cameras captured the driver throwing the package by the trash bins, not at the front door as stated. I will be reaching out to the company to address this issue, providing them with the video evidence showcasing the inaccurate delivery statement. It's disheartening to encounter such dishonesty from a reputable company like UPS.

For the past 3 days, my fresh fruit delivery has been repeatedly rescheduled due to reasons like an "emergency situation" or "weather emergency," causing inconvenience. Despite the clear path to my residence, it seems the driver chose not to make the effort to drive up my long lane. I believe better customer service could have been provided by leaving a note on my address sign or attempting delivery to my neighbor. I hope the driver reaches out to apologize for the oversight, as there were alternative solutions to ensure my perishable package was delivered. It would be beneficial for UPS to brush up on their customer service practices.

Our UPS packages are supposed to be delivered to the St. Marys City, MD post office, but they keep ending up at the Waldorf, MD post office 50 miles away. This mix-up is causing us a lot of frustration and wasted time trying to track down our packages. The packages are clearly labeled for the St. Marys City post office, but they are continually sent to the wrong location. It seems like there may be a mistake happening at the UPS center in Waldorf. I would like to report an incident that occurred at a local store in my town. I visited the store and, as someone who has difficulty wearing a mask, I was embarrassed when the clerk publicly questioned me about it and requested to see my "medical card." This experience infringed on my privacy and rights, which is concerning. The behavior of the clerk was unprofessional and I am considering taking this matter to the appropriate authorities, including the HIPAA board if needed. I believe that no one should have the right to force individuals to disclose their personal reasons for their choices, especially when it comes to health-related matters. I am disappointed by the lack of respect shown to me as a patron, particularly by a company like UPS, where my former husband worked for many years. I had a package scheduled for delivery on WED 27 JAN [redacted], which I rescheduled to 29 JAN. However, it was then moved to MON 01 FEB. Despite multiple calls, the package wasn't delivered, and the status wasn't updated promptly. After agreeing to a delivery on WED 03 FEB, it was rescheduled yet again to THU 04 FEB without my consent. This has caused me to waste time, including two holiday days, waiting for the package I couldn't receive in person due to being abroad. My interactions with customer support have been unhelpful, with no compensation offered for the inconvenience.

As a PVD driver in my second season, I worked from 11/27/[redacted] to 01/22/[redacted]. I received only 2 retention bonus checks out of the 3 promised, totaling $3,[redacted]. Despite informing Supervisor Terry and following up, the third check has not been received, causing concern. On several occasions, Terry mentioned that payroll was addressing my bonus, but the issue persists. Additionally, I missed 2 approved workdays due to unavoidable circumstances, which Terry initially approved, but payroll later rejected. Despite multiple attempts to resolve this with Terry, John, and Carolyn, there has been no progress, and the matter remains unresolved. As a dedicated worker who fulfilled all requirements, I seek a prompt resolution and the fair compensation owed for my service during the season.

Last night, a UPS driver falsely claimed they attempted a delivery on my package. Since COVID-19 protocols are in place, UPS has been implementing contactless delivery, leaving packages at the doorstep without waiting for customer interaction. The driver reported the attempted delivery at 9:07 pm, after the standard delivery hours that end at 9 pm. Despite acknowledging the need for a change to a lockbox delivery online, I am unable to proceed without the fictitious invoice number mentioned by the driver. Missing the package delivery after taking time off work, I urgently need to change the delivery method to a lockbox to guarantee prompt receipt. I seek to escalate this issue to a supervisor for resolution and appropriate action towards the driver.

My payroll check needed overnight delivery due to an issue at my workplace, Realtor.com. I was informed the check would arrive on Wednesday, 2/3/21, requiring a signature. Despite being available from 7am to 4pm for home delivery, the driver did not knock but left a missed delivery notice on the gate at the entrance of my open property. I called to request future deliveries to be made at the office door. Although given a 9-8 delivery window, I received an exception email at 8:26pm. After waiting until nearly 9am the next day, I called for more information. The agent, though polite, had a heavy accent and spoke too fast for me to understand, except for scheduling a delivery attempt by 10 am. It is now 11:40am, and I inquired about escalating this issue, but the agent advised calling the same number if the package did not arrive by 10 am.
