A driver drove wrecklessly through an uncontrolled intersection. I talked to him about it. He was not knowledgeable about the law he broke. He lied about the sequence of events. This happened at approx *:** pm CST in Golden Valley Minnesota - at the intersection of Beverly Ave and Ardmore. *****. I told the driver that neither of us had stop signs. I told him the proper way to enter an uncontrolled intersection is to SLOW DOWN. He said that he did. He is lieing. I slowed down - whicle he sped through the intersection. I honked for * seconds . He did not stop I arrived at the intersection first. I have right of way. I attempted to explain this. I demanded has driver number and ID. He said would - and then took off in his truck - leaving me standing in the street. I followed him to one more stop. He hid in the truck - I took pictures and have the license number of the vehicle.
