Oct. **, ****, my client (I’m a publicist) Miles Szanto received an email from *****@***.com, notifying him of a suspicious login attempt of his account. The email guided him to log in with the single-use code provided and then change his password, which he did. He was then locked out. Mr. Szanto has reached out to Twitter for help, several times. As of this writing, he has received no response and remains locked out. Twitter has played a vital role in Mr. Szanto’s career. In fact he is, at the moment, wanting very much to share time-sensitive news about an upcoming piece. Not being able to do so on Twitter is really hurting his ability to reach his legions of followers.
