I have already reported an issue to twitter and yet all they want to do is have me pay **-** dollars to speak to an agent who MAY help. Why should a victim of harassment and bullying further be abused by twitter to get rid a profile attacking them? *I am taking legal advice on court action and will sue twitter for allowing continued bullying and aiding bullying by charging a victim to have the issue delt with. Twitter and all forms of social media have duty of care to its users and in law are responsible for online safety of a person. Charging a victim of harassment and bullying to get an issue delt with is against communications conduct and rules. At the end of each report I note that it always says that the reporter hasn't told twitter what to do. Why do you not read people's reports and surely it is clear the action required to deal with reports of harassment and bullying. Delete offending profile. This is not going to go away and any court will clearly see that twitter are not complying with anti harassment and bullying agreements.
