On my Twitter account, I was wrongfully suspended back in March. Despite multiple attempts to appeal, I have not been successful. The suspension stemmed from a joking tweet where I mentioned killing a friend for tagging me too much, which was followed by my friend's response with laughing emojis. According to Twitter's policies, they allow certain forms of violent language in a non-abusive context or between friends. I have been continuously trying to regain access to my account, but all I receive are repeated automated responses. It's frustrating that my situation seems to go unnoticed, considering I am not a violent person but an artist. The language I used partially being in Portuguese might be causing a disconnect. Hello, I am a London-based influencer and filmmaker with a Twitter following of 55K. At 20 years old (turning 21 next month), I've dedicated years to growing my account, only to have it suspended recently. In early August, my Twitter account, @ObiGhdh, was locked due to "suspected automated activity". Despite no such activity visible on my profile, I have been unsuccessful in resolving this issue with Twitter since then. Despite my repeated attempts to reach out, it seems they have a file open under that username, leaving me unable to get assistance. My account now shows as suspended with no followers, and I am left without a clear explanation for this action. I simply wish for Twitter to review my profile, confirm the absence of automated activity, and either unlock my account or provide a transparent reason for the continued lock. It feels unjustified that my account remains inaccessible, and after almost a month of being ignored, I am left frustrated by the lack of communication from Twitter.

I have submitted a support claim nine times, but all I receive in response is an automated message. Despite logging in and out of Twitter multiple times, I have never encountered the prompt they mention, preventing me from resolving the issue. I have tried replying to their emails, but I am met with silence. I am unsure how to proceed next.

I am having trouble accessing my account. I am not receiving any texts on my phone or emails. My timeline is stuck, and I cannot see my followers or following list. I am unable to send direct messages as well. I keep receiving emails from support asking me to verify my account using my mobile phone or by updating my email address, but when I log in, I do not see any message indicating that my account is locked. I believe my account might be shadowbanned, but I am not sure how long it will last. I apologize if I have done something wrong. I have a lot of followers and this account is important to me. I really need access back. Twitter is where I share my thoughts, and I have been unable to do so for the past two days. My goal was to revive the roleplaying activities that were once popular in our fandom for fun, with plans to change it soon after. I want to clarify that I had no intention of impersonating him or causing any harm, as I am simply a fan account. I now understand my error and acknowledge that I unknowingly violated Twitter Rules. Hello, I have been unable to access my account for the past four days due to age restrictions. I am currently 19 years old, but created the account when I was 13 with my parents' permission. I now understand that this was against the rules and sincerely apologize. I would like to regain access to my account as it holds many memories and connections with friends. I am willing to have my parents contact Twitter to verify my situation and am prepared to delete any content posted when I was underage. Please reconsider my case and allow me to retrieve my account. About a year ago, I added my birthday to my Twitter account, not realizing the age requirement. After the account was suspended, I submitted my legal ID as requested and was informed it could be recovered after content before I turned 13 was deleted. Despite waiting four months with no update, I found my case closed when I tried to follow up. My account is currently locked and limited because of what seems to be unusual activity, which I find ridiculous. I am unable to reply to tweets or follow people, and everyone I have followed over the years appears to be gone. Even after trying the help resources available and receiving emails instructing me to check a notification on my account to unlock it, I can't find any notification. Hello Twitter Support, I recently discovered that Twitter is automatically locking accounts, including mine (@[redacted]), created by individuals under 13 years old. I created my account back in [redacted] when I was 12 years old. Upon updating my birthdate to reflect my true age (part of the verification process for the blue checkmark badge), my account was locked. I have already submitted a "request to restore account" form and provided a copy of my national identification card. Given that I participated in a naming contest for an astronomical object, and my winning suggestion "Ersa" became the official name of one of Jupiter's moons, it is crucial for me to have my account restored promptly. I am willing to comply with any necessary steps, such as deleting tweets from when I was under 13 and adding my phone number. I have recently resubmitted my ID per the latest request from Twitter Support, but I am concerned about the delay. I kindly request expedited processing of my account restoration. I have been using Twitter for a while now, but suddenly a prompt appeared in my Twitter app asking me to "Add a phone number." I followed the instructions, selected my country, entered my number, and waited for the code but it never arrived. I repeated the process several times, but Twitter did not send me any messages. I even tried logging out and in again, but it still didn't work. I recently discovered that my old Twitter account, with the username "britneysoares_," has been accessed and used by someone else. I haven't used this account for about five years, and it came to my attention when a friend showed me that it was following new people. Hello. I'm looking to remove 2 old retweets, one from February 9, [redacted], and the other from February 11, [redacted]. I've noticed these retweets do not have a Delete option in their dropdown menus like usual. The options available are Embed Tweet, Follow, Mute, Block, and Report Tweet. Typically, the options are Delete, Pin to your profile, Embed Tweet, and View Tweet activity. Could you please advise me on how to delete these 2 retweets? Thank you.

I am experiencing a similar issue that has been ongoing for 2-3 weeks. I cannot access the phone number on my account since it belongs to my boyfriend's separate Twitter account. Despite changing my password multiple times as advised by Twitter, the issue persists. I have submitted more than twenty tickets and appeals without any human response, only automated replies. Twitter's lack of effective customer service is disappointing, making me regret my years of using the platform. Twitter is important to me for staying updated and connecting with friends, but the inability to resolve this issue is frustrating. I was working on Twitter on my account @MoeedkhanPTI when it suddenly stopped working, asking me to change my password due to suspicious activity. Despite trying, I couldn't change it as I exceeded attempt limits. Furthermore, I'm not receiving the code sent to my phone number ending in 49. Switching to my email [redacted] revealed that it's linked to another Twitter account @mmoeedkhan, which is suspended. I tried to deactivate it but couldn't due to the suspension. I recently discovered that my account was disabled because I updated my birthday to the accurate date after realizing it was wrong. The account was initially created by my parents back in June [redacted] for my 13th birthday, as a Jonas Brothers fan page when I was 12. It seems unfair that, as a 22-year-old, I am facing repercussions for a mistake made nine years ago. The content on my Twitter account is of sentimental value and is irreplaceable. I have always used the platform respectfully for sharing thoughts with friends and have a loyal following. My Twitter account got suspended because I quoted a meme that seemed threatening. Despite explaining the situation and providing evidence, Twitter has informed me that my account won't be restored.
