Hello. My Twitter account (@crippleddelight) was restricted for 11 hours yesterday and now for 6 days. On both occasions, it was due to tweets I did not create or recognize. I would never engage in online abuse as I know the consequences. I suspect my account was hacked or that my brother may be posting these tweets to spite me. The users I allegedly attacked are unknown to me, and Twitter claims I reported myself, which I find suspicious. I have not been given the option to remove these tweets as my account is promptly locked. I seek assistance as I wish to resume full use of Twitter.

To whom it may concern, Hello, I have been a Twitter user for 5 years and have enjoyed it greatly. I connected with my high school friends and family, cherishing the contact. Unfortunately, I got logged out due to my age when creating the account in [redacted]. I am now just months away from turning 18, and all my memories from the account are lost. I have heard that if Twitter removes everything before my 13th birthday, I can regain access. I was close to 13 when I created the account with my parents' approval. I have always used Twitter responsibly and am willing to delete content until my 13th birthday. Twitter holds my high school memories, and losing access would be devastating. I have tried various solutions without success. I am hopeful you can assist me with this issue. I am eager to retrieve my account and willing to follow any necessary steps. Thank you for your attention, Julia J.

Yesterday I realized it was time to update my Twitter bio since it had been a while. I accidentally added my birthday, which caused my account to get locked. I initially created my account when I was about to turn 13, but with my mom's permission, when I was still technically 12. I submitted my ID as per Twitter's instructions to prove my identity and age. However, I got an email stating that since I was under 13 when the account was created, it would remain locked or deleted. Now at 19, I value my online responsibility and interactions. The link provided in the email redirects me to the same form, making it challenging to address the issue of my account being locked due to my age when created. While I understand the policy, I wish to resolve this and retain my account, albeit without the tweets from before I turned 13. I appreciate any assistance or guidance you can offer to help me resolve this frustrating situation promptly.

My Twitter account, NTitleman3, has been locked since my birthday on May 6. The lock occurred because I updated my birth year from [redacted] to [redacted], which is my actual birth year. Before I turned 14, my account was monitored by my parents, and once I reached 14, I assumed full ownership. Despite submitting numerous forms of identification to Twitter, such as my government-issued driver’s license and passport, they claim they cannot verify my identity. As a student needing my account for school and future career aspirations in social media, its loss is significant. I am seeking assistance in restoring access to my account.

I am frustrated with how Twitter handles users who haven't broken the rules, while turning a blind eye to others like our #FakePresident. I recently tweeted a fact to James Woods and another user. There was no threat, just my opinion. I have never made threats or racist comments, just cited people's own words. Despite this, Twitter allows some to continue while penalizing others unfairly. I sent one tweet to James Woods, and he reported me to Twitter. I believe in free speech as long as rules are followed. If this isn't resolved, legal action may be considered. I will consult with an attorney before proceeding. Twitter is not the only platform available, and fairness is essential in dealing with users.

Upon reviewing my Twitter account, I discovered that my birth year was incorrect. When I attempted to correct this, my account was promptly locked for not meeting the age criteria when the account was established. Despite having used Twitter for approximately 7 years, I was unaware that a mistake upon creation could lead to this situation. I completed the age and identity verification form as instructed by Twitter to confirm that I now surpass the age requirement, but I received an email indicating that my account may be locked or deactivated for violating their policies. I seek assistance in unlocking my account, as I did not anticipate that updating my birthdate would trigger this action.

Hello, I need assistance re-submitting an appeal form to Twitter regarding the age restriction lock on my account. Despite providing proof of identity, I am repeatedly redirected to a message stating that a ticket for this issue is already open. Could you please provide feedback on how to address this? I am willing to have my current account removed, but I would appreciate guidance on reusing the same email address to create a new Twitter account. Thank you for your help.

My account got suspended because I posted a tweet linking someone to the New Zealand shooter's manifesto. I did it to prove that person was falsely accusing me of lying, not to incite violence. I'm in the U.S. I believe I didn't break any rules. Despite the grim topic, my intention in sharing the link was not malicious or harmful.

I recently reactivated my old account after realizing I hadn't deleted it. I was in the process of editing it and deleting the new account I made. While updating my date of birth to Oct 23, [redacted], which is my correct birthdate, Twitter prompted me to confirm the change. Despite this, my account got locked because it claimed I wasn't over 12 years old, even though I'm actually 22. I have already submitted the required files to Twitter to resolve this issue, but I have yet to receive any response. This delay is frustrating as I am eager to reconnect on social media and meet new people. I hope to hear back soon and regain access to my account.

I created a Twitter account back in [redacted] using my full name as the username. Unfortunately, the content on it is embarrassing, and I have been bullied by classmates because of it. I recently recovered the password but discovered that the email linked to the account was hacked and cannot be reopened, as per the provider's information from three years ago. I am deeply hurt by the situation and would like Twitter to permanently disable or deactivate the account to stop the bullying. Your assistance in this matter would mean a lot to me. Thank you, Ryder Note: The email I mistakenly provided earlier is [redacted]

My friend J. needs help with her suspended Twitter account. The account was mistakenly suspended after she unintentionally posted the same item multiple times due to a technical issue. J. is a reputable educator and a dear friend of mine who occasionally struggles with technology. I am reaching out to Twitter to request assistance in reactivating her account as I have been unable to speak to a customer service representative. I also want to highlight the lack of specific guidance for users seeking help on behalf of others or for individuals with special needs in Twitter's Help Center. I kindly ask that Twitter restores J.'s account promptly.

My account has been suspended after going through the appeal process where I stated that I did not violate the terms and conditions. The follow-up response from Twitter mentioned that my account violated the Impersonation policy. Impersonation, which involves pretending to be another entity to deceive, is strictly forbidden on Twitter. Due to this violation, my account has been suspended and will not be reinstated. The confusion might have arisen due to my recent name change to "DDP of the FGC," which should not be mistaken for the actual Diamond Dallas Page profile, as my profile still displays my face and personal banner.

I recently deactivated my original Twitter account from [redacted]. Today, I attempted to reactivate it but encountered an issue. After signing in with the email associated with that account, I was directed to an empty Twitter profile supposedly created in [redacted]. Although I understand there may be a delay in loading followers and tweets, the account remains completely blank with the wrong creation date. I'm providing my current main email address for reference, even though it was not linked to the account in question. I am confident about the original email used for the [redacted] account. With some username changes, email certainty, and the knowledge of the account's creation year, I hope we can resolve this and restore my old account.

I've had my Twitter account for many years, containing countless memories and significant moments (@_kennaah). Recently, I decided to correct my birth year as it was originally set wrong when I was younger. Unfortunately, this has led to my account being locked by Twitter, claiming I was not old enough when I created it. Despite being 21 now, I'm unable to access my account, which is distressing as it holds so much of my life. I understand the rules in place, but I kindly ask for your assistance in unlocking my account rather than starting anew, which causes me anxiety. Thank you for your help. Best, Kenna D.

I had been using my Twitter account for years to stay updated on news. Suddenly, my account got suspended for suspicious activity, and despite my efforts to recover it, I couldn't. Missing the platform, I created a new account with a new email and phone number. However, as soon as I started following suggested accounts, my new account also got suspended for suspicious activity. This happened multiple times tonight despite just following a few users each time. I'm frustrated with the constant suspensions and won't be trying again. I just wanted to share my experience and feedback that there seems to be an issue with your system. It's disappointing as Twitter was my primary source for news, but I've had smoother experiences on Reddit.

Hello! I am facing an issue with my account. It was created back in September of [redacted] by my sister when she was 15 years old. The account remained inactive for some time, but now I am 18 and have started using it. When I tried to update my birthdate to November 2, [redacted], my account got locked due to being considered underage when it was created. I have submitted a ticket and provided my ID to prove my current age of 18, hoping to regain access to my account. Unfortunately, my request was denied, and now I am locked out of my account because I wasn't 13 when it was initially made by my sister. I would appreciate it if I could regain access to my account promptly. Thank you for your assistance.

Hello, I am feeling very anxious right now due to my situation. My Twitter account was suspended a month or two ago after I replied to a comment mentioning something about Seungri. It was a misunderstanding as the original tweet asked which Kpop star you could beat in a fight and I chose Seungri. I appealed without fully explaining the situation and now my account won't be restored. I am concerned because Twitter might delete all my accounts. I am really attached to Twitter but I can't discuss this with my family since they are against social media. I am a young adult, and they don't allow me to have it. I would appreciate any help or advice on what to do in this situation.

I seem to have more than one account. The account currently activated is under the name Johanna Maas 5, while my previous account was Johanna Maas 4. This may be due to my phone having two SIM cards and my limited tech skills. I kindly request the reinstatement of the Johanna Maas 4 account as that is where all my contacts are located. I acknowledge that the other accounts associated with The Motorola are mine, and you have my permission to remove them. However, I would appreciate knowing the password for the multiple accounts. My date of birth is August 26, [redacted], and I reside in the Netherlands. I will provide my email address, which has a different name causing issues in the past, but it originates from a time when emails were not taken seriously.

I'm having trouble with resetting my password on Twitter. The system is not sending the text to my phone to allow me to reset it, and the email link just keeps looping me back to the starting point. I've reached out to customer service multiple times without any response. I really need to talk to someone to get my account working again. It feels like they might be intentionally making it difficult for me to reset my password. Could this be because I have conservative views on Twitter? I've been dealing with this for days now and could really use some assistance.
