If your email and password are changed on the account then there is no way to recover the account. This company has a very strict policy with recovering accounts and if anything is different then you cannot recover the account. You must have the original email or phone number on the account.

You suspended*locked my account saying I did these things and I did not. * Creating serial and*or multiple accounts with overlapping uses* Evading a permanent suspension by creating or using another account* Cross-posting Tweets or links across multiple accounts* Aggressive following, particularly through automated means**You suspended my account on March *th for these things. I only have one twitter account and have never tried to start another one. These only tweets I have done is for contest and I only follow what I was allowed. It pisses me off that you locked me out and all I can do is contact you be messages. I would like a phone call so I can debate this. I've said in many of my messages that with twitter now it seems like the only ones with no trouble or the nasty accounts. My twitter email is *****@***.com the email I'm contacting you with is my Facebook email.
