I was locked out of my account because i was ** not thirteen when i made the account, I am now ** and changed my age to my correct year of birth which has locked my account. I've sent away a photo of my ID. However I have bought goods linked with my Twitter account ($** worth) but because I've been locked out I can't access the site anymore. I'm really stressed out that I'm going to lose my money and the item because I can't reply to them at all. Just any news at all about my account if they've processed it yet or even if i can get an estimation of how long it could take, It's to the point where they can even delete all my tweets I just really need my account back so i can deal with this money issue. It's stressing me out to the point of tears as i'm worrying so much as i can't afford to lose that $**. My account name is Rhiannitha and my date of birth is ********* please any help would be so greatly appreciated. Thank you.
