Twitter has suspended my account, which I understand is within their rights. I have decided to deactivate my account completely. Despite this, I continue to receive messages prompting me to log in, only to be reminded that my account is banned. I have expressed my frustration to Twitter support through their app, requesting to stop sending me emails encouraging me to restart my account, which they have no intention of reinstating. Despite my numerous complaints, Twitter persists in sending me these emails. I even attempted to call them internationally without success. I am planning to seek legal advice on January 14, [redacted], to take action against Twitter for what I perceive as stalking, as they ignore my requests to be removed from their mailing list. I will also reach out to the media to highlight the unethical behavior of this company. I simply want Twitter to cease sending me advertisements, as I have no interest in their content. I would greatly appreciate any assistance from GetHuman. Best regards, Grant A.

I’m having trouble accessing my Twitter account, @mrsmathers143. The email associated with my account, [redacted], was hacked and is now deleted. I now use [redacted] The phone number linked to my account now ends in “98,” as my old number is no longer in use. I can answer security questions, but I don’t see that option. I really need to regain access to my account as I don't want to create a new one. Any help to recover my account would be greatly appreciated.

I have been permanently suspended from Twitter for alleged hateful conduct, which I have never participated in. I maintain that I have not violated any community guidelines regarding harassment or discrimination towards others based on attributes like disability, race, or sexual preference. I kindly request a thorough review of the reported tweets and reconsideration of my suspension. I have been a loyal Twitter user for nearly a decade without any prior issues. Additionally, I believe a human moderation of the situation may reveal that the suspension was unwarranted. Another user, @nwh_fearless, instigated conflicts in the thread by threatening and harassing me, despite their history of suspensions under various handles. I have asked Twitter to clarify where exactly the violation took place, as I used phrasing like "bottle of bitchspray" and "cause tardation" to express frustration, not hatred. I am committed to maintaining a respectful online environment and would appreciate guidance on any unintentional breaches of the TOS. While I commend Twitter's efforts to enforce rules strictly, I urge for a human touch in reviewing cases like mine for fair judgments. I trust in your fairness and hope for a positive resolution to this misunderstanding. Thank you for your attention. Sincerely, TJ.

I received a permanent suspension for hateful conduct on Twitter, a platform I have been part of for almost a decade. However, I strongly believe there has been a mistake. I have never engaged in hateful behavior, targeted harassment, or violated any of Twitter's terms of service. The specific tweets that were reported do not demonstrate any form of hateful conduct towards others. In one instance, another user jumped into the conversation and began to threaten and harass me, although I have no history of such behavior. I admit to using some terms that may have been misunderstood, such as "bottle of bitchspray" and "cause tardation," which were not meant to be offensive. I am eager to understand where I may have gone wrong to prevent any future misunderstandings. I appreciate Twitter's efforts to uphold a safe community but urge a human review of my case, as I believe the AI may have misinterpreted my tweets. I hope this plea for reinstatement sheds light on the situation and allows for a fair assessment. Signed, TJ (formerly @DarkStarF1)

I am requesting Twitter to lift the suspension on my account @DarkStarF1. My account was permanently suspended for alleged hateful conduct, which I have never engaged in. I have always complied with Twitter's rules by refraining from making derogatory comments or harassing individuals based on their characteristics. I respectfully urge Twitter to review my appeal thoroughly, including the context of the reported tweets, as I firmly maintain that I did not breach the Terms of Service. I have never threatened, abused, or harassed other users in any way. This suspension appears to be an error, especially considering my long-standing tenure of nearly a decade on this platform without prior suspensions. I implore you to reconsider and reinstate my account. I would like to draw attention to a specific thread where a user, @nwh_fearless, initiated unwarranted threats and harassment towards me. This user has a history of suspensions under various aliases and engaged in targeted harassment towards me in that thread. I have previously inquired about the specific hateful conduct in my tweets and wish to clarify any misunderstandings that may have occurred. In my communication, I used the phrases "bottle of bitchspray" and "cause tardation" without any intent of malice or disrespect. While I commend Twitter's efforts to uphold a safe environment, I urge for human intervention in cases like mine to accurately assess TOS violations. I hope for a fair reconsideration of my suspension and reinstatement of my account, acknowledging this suspension was based on a misunderstanding. Thank you for your time and understanding; I am hopeful for a positive resolution. Sincerely, TJ Formerly

I respectfully request for Twitter to reinstate my account, previously @DarkStarF1. I recently received a permanent suspension for alleged hateful conduct, an action I have never taken. I am confident that upon reviewing the reported tweets, you will see they did not violate any terms of service. In one instance, a user, @nwh_fearless, entered a conversation uninvited and proceeded to threaten and harass me. This user has a history of creating issues under different account names. I am seeking clarification regarding the alleged violations of TOS, as I used language intending to convey a message of not being obtuse or ignorant, not to be hurtful. I strongly believe there has been a misunderstanding. Understanding Twitter's efforts to create a safe environment, I urge for a human review to prevent AI misinterpretations. I have been a Twitter member for almost a decade without any prior suspensions. I genuinely value the platform and affirm my commitment to positive interactions. I appreciate your attention to this appeal and respectfully ask for the reinstatement of my account. Sincerely, TJ (formerly @DarkStarF1)

Subject: Twitter Account Suspension Issues I have been a Twitter user since [redacted]/[redacted] and have managed multiple accounts over the years. Last June ([redacted]), my account @LivingstonGOPVC was suspended due to a false claim. The email associated with that account, [redacted], is no longer active, making it impossible to address any issues related to the suspension. Despite numerous attempts to deactivate the account, the suspension persists. I have reached out via email and requested phone contact to resolve this issue, even updating my contact email to [redacted] However, there has been no response in over 7 months. Recently, another complaint led to a 7-day suspension of my @mzeglevski account, which has now been permanently suspended for alleged hateful conduct based on a minor spelling error in a post. When attempting to appeal, the information shown is for the previously suspended account with the inactive email. I urgently need assistance in resolving these matters promptly. I kindly request a dedicated individual to handle my case for a fair and timely resolution. Personalized attention appears necessary in addressing these complex issues. Despite difficulties contacting customer service via phone, I am hopeful that this forum post will bring attention to my situation. I have been a dedicated user for 11 years and have always endeavored to abide by the Terms of Service. I am eager to cooperate and request a reconsideration of the permanent suspension. Your prompt assistance in this matter is greatly appreciated. Best regards, Michael Z.

My son's Twitter account, under the handle @JuniorWalling, got locked because I created it for him when he was underage. I followed the steps to verify that as his father, Jason Walling (@JDub_Walling), I have supervised the account from the beginning. The account was crucial in his college football recruiting, resulting in a Pac-12 Offer from Oregon State in his sophomore year, highlighted in his pinned tweet. He's also ranked a top 15 Linebacker in the nation for the class of [redacted] on 247Sports.com. As college coaches mainly use Twitter to connect with potential athletes, the account being inaccessible prevents crucial communication. Despite my attempts to unlock it with the required documentation, Twitter denied it. This situation risks the chance of missing out on a scholarship worth over $[redacted],[redacted]. Since Twitter's process failed, reaching out to media seems like the next step to advocate for a resolution and help my son secure the best scholarship opportunities. Thank you for your assistance in addressing this issue promptly.

My account has been locked for six days after I made a comment about the current president. This individual frequently targets various groups and uses offensive language. While I understand the need for rules, I find it unfair that he is not held to the same standard. Twitter seems hesitant to take a stand against him. Many users, like myself, feel that we are being treated unjustly. If we are being penalized for our comments, then he should be as well. I urge Twitter to reconsider its actions and ensure equal treatment for all users. Thank you, A Twitter User.

Hello, I'm Sophie Molly D. I need assistance with my account issue. I created the account @smolly127 when I was 11, and now at 18, I realize I was underage. I value this account as I was using it to promote my radio show. Can you please help me reactivate it? It's been inactive for months. Feel free to contact me via email for more details. Thank you.

There seems to be an issue with the "exposure" account @IAmBoned targeting individuals who engage in content that is deemed inappropriate. The concern is that the account owner has directed followers to report users, causing potential suspensions. Personal experience includes being targeted after a disagreement and facing the risk of having multiple accounts locked if suspended. The process to unlock accounts involves verifying a phone number, limited to three accounts each. The worry is that the reporting system relies on automated bots, potentially leading to unfair outcomes. Attempts to report @IAmBoned have been made, but skepticism remains regarding the effectiveness of Support bots. The desired outcome is the suspension of the mentioned account.

I opened my account on my 13th birthday in [redacted], but inputted my birth year as [redacted]. After years of inactivity, I became an active user in mid-[redacted] only to discover in a couple of years that the app listed my birth year as [redacted] despite being certain of entering it correctly. Unable to change it back to [redacted], I reached out to the DM help robot multiple times without success. Upon turning 18, I thought the issue might be resolved, and it was. However, once I corrected my birth year, I was locked out due to being under 13 at the account's creation. Despite efforts, I couldn't find effective help on Twitter forums for two months. Having cherished the account for five years, it's significant to me, and I wish to regain access to it. - @dadofbees

I created my account on my 13th birthday in [redacted], entering my birth year as [redacted]. I remained inactive for two years and then started using it frequently in mid-[redacted]. However, I later noticed that the app displayed my birth year as [redacted] despite entering [redacted]. I attempted to correct it but the profile change failed repeatedly. After unsuccessful tries to get help, I waited until I turned 17, but the issue persisted. I tried again at 18, and this time I could update my birth year, but then I was locked out for being under 13 at the account's creation. It has been two months, and I haven't found effective advice on how to regain access on Twitter help forums. I've cherished this account for 5 years and wish to recover it rather than starting anew. My hope? To have my account restored. -@dadofbees

Twitter has been blamed for contributing to the erosion of democracy globally by allowing misinformation, racist propaganda, and threats to proliferate. Some users, like myself, have been permanently banned for minor violations while the President of the United States, Donald J. Trump, continues to break the rules regularly without consequence. Twitter's failure to enforce its own policies equitably is exacerbating societal divisions. The platform has become a tool for political and social abuse, prioritizing profit over ethical standards. Those overseeing Twitter are complicit in undermining democracy by turning a blind eye to such behavior. It is time for accountability and for Twitter to take responsibility for enabling harmful actions on its platform.

Hello Twitter community. I recently tweeted at football pundit Richard Keys and used offensive language, which led to my account being temporarily shut down or limited. Unfortunately, I cannot access the email regarding this issue as I have changed my email address. I am now unable to log into my account after changing the password and trying a friend's email. My Twitter handle is ben_jammin_85. I value my Twitter presence as I have been active for around 8 or 9 years, made numerous tweets, gained 1.5k followers, and connected with many people. This situation is unfamiliar to me, and I sincerely apologize for any offense caused. I am seeking a resolution and would appreciate guidance via email. Thank you, Ben.

I no longer have access to an account that has been inactive for nearly 5 years. I cannot remember the email address or password associated with it, leaving me unable to delete it. I also do not recall the Twitter password for the same account. Despite reporting it multiple times for being underage when I created it, nothing has been done as it was made against Twitter guidelines. The account hasn't been used for over 4 years, yet it remains active. Twitter's policy states that accounts can be removed due to extended inactivity, so I am hoping to either have it deleted due to being underage or gain access to it in order to delete it myself. Despite several attempts to report it for various reasons, there has been no action taken.

Hello, Twitter Support team. I am Abdulla Alotaibi, a journalist from Kuwait. Unfortunately, my account was hacked 12 days ago, and the hacker changed all my account details, including my email, password, and username (@aotaibii), replacing it with @tvvitter_onay. The hacker has also deleted all of my Arabic tweets, replacing them with English and Turkish ones, signed just with (tweet 🇹🇷). The last time I accessed my account was around 1 a.m. on January 6, [redacted]. The account has been deleted and cannot be found on Twitter. I have evidence of these changes, including attempts to make payments for Twitter ads which were rejected. Despite sending 8 messages, I have not received a response from Twitter Support. This situation poses a serious risk to me, and I am concerned about any potential harmful actions the hacker may take using my account. Please assist me in resolving this issue promptly so that I can safely return to my country. I am ready to provide any necessary identification to verify my identity at your request. Thank you.

While scrolling and liking tweets, I received a notice that my account has been suspended. I am quite upset and afraid because I initially thought it was just locked. However, upon logging back in, I was prompted with a message asking if I am a robot. After selecting the checkbox confirming I am not a robot, another notice popped up stating, "Your computer or network may be sending automated queries..." This situation has caused me distress, and I am unsure how to regain access to my Twitter account. I am reaching out for some assistance. Thank you.

My account was locked because I updated my birth date to the correct one, leading Twitter to believe I was under 13 when I signed up. My parents permitted me to create the account in 8th grade for school use when I was 12, nearly 13. They managed the account until my 13th birthday as required by my teacher. After submitting the necessary information, Twitter requested an account reinstatement form and a government ID from my mother. Despite her efforts to provide clear documents, Twitter claimed they were "illegible or incomplete." I am frustrated by the lack of clarity. My mother will resubmit the documents with improved legibility, but I fear encountering the same issue. I plan to type the form and scan the ID at a higher resolution. I wish Twitter would specify the problem to avoid further complications. My username is @zosiagonz. I hope for a more detailed response from them soon. Thank you.

Could someone please clarify which of my posts @nomalleygrooves has violated and why I was suspended? I have tried reaching out through various channels but have not received any assistance. I am completely in the dark about the reason for the suspension as I have not been informed about any specific post that is in violation. I only received a notice about the suspension. It would be helpful if a platform as large as Twitter had better support. This experience is making me reconsider using Twitter in the future.
