The issue in GetHuman-cornytub's own words
I have lost access to an account that has been inactive for almost * years, I have forgotten the account's email address and password and I have forgotten the password to the Twitter account. I have tried many ways to delete the account e.g. reporting in many ways to have it deleted and reporting for underage, I reported for underage because I made the account when I was underage of the Twitter guidelines (I was peer pressured to make a twitter account while being clearly underage, with my profile photo and banner being a picture of a child clearly under the age of **, and I now regret making the account and I want to delete it. I then realised that it has not been deactivated due to the inactivity of * years*. In Twitter's "Inactive account policy" page it states that "To keep your account active, be sure to log in and Tweet at least every * months. Accounts may be permanently removed due to prolonged inactivity. " The account has not been logged in for * years (nor used) and has since not been deleted. So I require either to have the account deleted by "underage" or to have access to the account to then delete it.*(granted I have reported my own account * times for underage, and no action has been taken, I have also reported it for multiple other things and no action has been taken)

GetHuman-cornytub did not yet indicate what Twitter should do to make this right.
