The issue in GetHuman-sasg's own words
I want a supervisor to contact me in real communication. I don't want any more reset forms. For some reason I received a notice to reset my password. When trying to do this all I get is "Sorry, that page doesn't exist." The support people send another form. With a long link. I went into it and I get "Your password has already been reset." It hasn't. I need a real person to follow through and talk to me! I need to know if my account has been hacked. I need to know if my password reset links expired for security reasons and why can't the support team answer me in regards to that subject? Their forms say that if the link has expired and you need a new one, please respond to this email. I have and nothing happens. They even closed my ticket and the problem wasn't resolved. So I start all over again. With the windmill of form letters. I am going to the FTC and FCC and the CEO of Twitter if I can't get someone to help me with this in real language! How do I have a supervisor contact me?
