I frequently use the Twitter app on my phone, but recently logged into my account @kyungrisgrl on my Safari browser. Upon returning to the app, I received a message about suspicious activity, likely due to the change in login location. Unfortunately, the email and phone number associated with the account are outdated and inactive. My school email was deleted upon graduation, and I have a new phone number. I am unable to update this information to receive a password reset email or text as the options provided are no longer viable. I have exhausted all efforts to regain access to my account, but I am currently locked out. Any assistance in resolving this would be greatly appreciated as this account holds significant importance to me.

I recently updated my birth year on my Twitter account to the correct one and was notified that when I initially registered, I violated the rules by being underage. I was around 12 years old at that time, just before turning 13. Consequently, my account got locked. I followed the instructions to submit a ticket to request unlocking my account. The confirmation mentioned that Twitter would contact me during the process. My account was locked on October 10th, and now it's November 15th with no updates from Twitter. When I try to access certain pages on Twitter without logging in, I'm unable to view them as it redirects me to the app where I can't see anything.

Hello,
My name is Bakie Goodman, and I have a verified Twitter account with the username @BakieGoodman10. I contacted Twitter earlier but have yet to receive a response concerning my issue. I am locked out of my account due to suspected unusual activity that occurred this afternoon. Every time I try to log in, Twitter prompts me to reset my password due to this issue. However, I am unable to reset my password as the system indicates I have exceeded the allowed attempts. Consequently, I am currently unable to access my account or make the necessary password changes. Despite submitting support requests to Twitter, the responses I receive claim that the email address associated with my account is invalid, which is not the case as it has been linked since the creation of the account. It appears as if my account has disappeared, even though I used it earlier today before being logged out. I am looking for guidance on how to regain access to my account and reset the password under these circumstances.
Thank you

Hello, I had a Twitter account with the username @hopeelizab3thh. Around a month ago, I received a strange DM from a friend which led to my account being hacked. Despite changing my password three times, the hacking continued. Yesterday, on 11/15/18, my account sent unfamiliar DMs to people which resulted in the same message being used to hack my account. I decided to deactivate that account and created a new one with a different email as @hope_elizab3thh. Now, my new account has been disabled. I've attempted five times to access it but faced issues with the "are you a robot?" verification that didn't load properly for me to select the images. I'm familiar with this process as I had to do it three times before due to previous hackings. There seems to be a technical issue on your end that needs immediate repair. I'm requesting assistance to regain access to my Twitter account today. Additionally, I suggest improving your security measures as my account was easily hacked. Thank you for your help.

I noticed my birthday on Twitter was wrong by a year, so I corrected it. Twitter unexpectedly had an issue with the change. I'm now 19 and had made the account when I was younger. After my account was locked, I gave inaccurate information on a survey hoping to fix it quickly, stating my parents managed the account. In reality, I should have indicated that I created the account when I was younger but now I'm older. Despite my attempts, I believe I wouldn't have succeeded. My Twitter account is crucial to me as I've used it actively for 7 years. I find it unreasonable that my account got locked due to a minor age discrepancy from when I created it. I strongly feel my account should be reinstated. Your assistance in resolving this matter would be greatly appreciated. Thank you. Regards, @emiliomuniz24 - Emilio Muniz

I encountered an issue with Twitter where they asked for my age, leading to the suspension of my account because I created it when I was under 13. I followed the instructions provided on their help page, submitted my ID, and received an email from them stating they could restore my account but needed to delete tweets from when I was underage. After a few days of silence, I reached out for an update, only to receive a response stating my case was closed, and further claims would not be processed. It has been about a month now, and I am still unable to access my account.

Hello, my username is @simplybailey. My birthdate is May 9, [redacted], which makes me 21 years old. Unfortunately, my account got locked because when I originally set it up over 8 years ago, there was a glitch with inputting my birth year. I had to put [redacted] back then instead of [redacted]. When I tried to correct this recently, my account was locked for claiming I was too young when creating it... 8 years ago. This situation is frustrating since there were no issues at the time of account creation, and I am now well above the minimum age requirement of 13. I kindly request to have my account reinstated as there is no valid reason for it to remain locked due to an outdated discrepancy. Thank you! @simplybailey.

I'm having trouble accessing an old Twitter account I created in [redacted] when I was 12 years old. I barely used it, with only 67 tweets on the account. Now, at 19, I want to regain access. After logging in and updating my information, I couldn't change the email address, and when I updated my birthday, I got locked out. I filled out a form, but Twitter can only contact me through the old email I no longer have access to. Now, Twitter says they won't review any more forms I send. The account I'm referring to is @simplieemehh. Although it may show as non-existent, I can still log in. I would appreciate any help.

I have submitted a problem over a week ago and have not received a response. Despite trying to contact Twitter via the Twitter Help Center and "contact us," I have not received any assistance. I was given a generic response stating they will look into the issue, but there has been no follow-up. The Help Center link provided did not address my specific problem.
The issue I am experiencing is with my Notification Timeline. After mistakenly selecting "see less often" on a post, my timeline has not updated for over a week and remains stuck on a notification from November 10th. I am requesting assistance to refresh my Notification Timeline by undoing the action I made or using another method. Thank you for your help.

Last night, I received a sudden message in a dialogue box informing me that my account was being locked due to "suspected automated behavior." At the time, I was mass-sending the same message by copying and pasting. I don't use any automated programs. I created my account the day before and access it from a desktop PC. After going through a password reset, I was prompted to add a phone number because I signed up with my email. However, each time I enter my phone number, I get an "unsupported" message. The online support hasn't been helpful. I wonder if they require a cellphone number instead of a landline.
Suggestions for Twitter:
1. Establish a dedicated phone line for handling such issues.
2. Provide detailed instructions on the password reset and phone number entry screens, specifying what qualifies as a "supported" phone number.
3. Revise their site monitoring software to function correctly. The current situation could harm their business.

Last night, I received a sudden dialogue box message stating that my account was being locked for "suspected automated behavior." I was sending the same message to multiple people using "cut and paste," but I did not use any automated programs. After going through a password reset process, I was prompted to add a phone number since I initially signed up with my email. However, each time I enter my phone number - which is valid and legal - I receive an "unsupported" message. The online support provided was unhelpful. I suspect they may want a cellphone number instead of a landline. **Suggestions for Twitter:** Establish a dedicated phone line for handling these issues, provide detailed information on the password reset and phone number entry screens regarding unsupported numbers, and improve their site monitoring software to prevent further disruptions, as the current situation could harm their business.

Good afternoon,
I am writing in regards to my locked Twitter account for nearly three weeks now. This account is crucial for my job in media and for staying current with trends for school and communicating with professors. I have previously tried to contact your team without a response. Creating a new account is not an option as I have spent eight years building this profile, which has been integral to my career in marketing. I have followed all the necessary steps and provided the required information. I am eagerly awaiting a resolution to this matter.

About three months ago, I encountered an issue with my Twitter account. While attempting to update my birthdate from when I created the account at 15 years old, I was locked out due to being under 13 at the time of account creation. Now at 16, I expected the account to reopen, but I have received no updates from Twitter. I am willing to delete the account and create a new one if necessary, but I am unable to do so. I seek assistance on how to regain access to my account or delete it for recreation.

My account got locked because it seems I'm under 13, but I'm actually 16. This is confusing as I created the account a month before turning 13, which I didn't even use. Changing my birthdate to the correct one unexpectedly resulted in the account being locked. I'm frustrated and hope the app I cherish won't make me lose my account over this. I've been waiting for hours on the recovery screen and need to access my account. I don't want to create a new one, so I'd appreciate if someone could help me recover it. My username is @madisonlallande. Thank you.

Hello,
I am experiencing difficulties updating our payment method to a new card since our previous credit card expired. Despite trying multiple new cards, each attempt to add a new payment method has been unsuccessful, resulting in a payment declined error.
As an agency serving clients in Australia and New Zealand, we utilize a single credit card for all campaigns, with only the Dell EMC ANZ Twitter account experiencing this issue. Our other client campaigns are unaffected by this problem, highlighting that the source of the issue is not the credit card.
Given the pressing need to launch time-sensitive campaigns for Dell, which are currently stalled due to the payment method update failure, your prompt assistance in resolving this matter is greatly valued.
Thank you,
Varsha

While browsing through my Twitter feed, I accidentally closed the app. A few hours later, upon reopening the app, I received a message stating my account was locked due to age restrictions. The message mentioned they are working on a solution to restore my account, including my username and recent tweets. I am currently 15 years old, so I'm unsure why this issue is arising since I meet the age requirement. I'm hoping for assistance in unlocking and resolving my account.

I have had my Twitter account for years. However, recently, when I provided my birth date as 08-29-01, it claimed I was under 13 when I created the account. Despite not recalling using Twitter before the age of 13, my account is now locked for a violation. This poses a significant issue as I am a college football recruit who relies on Twitter to connect with coaches and build my name. Despite reaching out to Twitter multiple times, I have not received any updates on restoring my account. It is essential for my future, so I am seeking assistance to regain access to my locked account. My username is @trevorbell99.

Hello,
I wanted to address the permanent suspension of my Twitter account @Sonia[redacted]2 due to rule violations. Despite appealing twice, I have not been informed of the specific rule I have allegedly violated. I created this account in September [redacted] to stay connected with my child's school teacher, who shares important information on Twitter. All my activity on the platform has been limited to private messages with the teacher, and I have never posted publicly. I have not received any prior notifications of violations and am baffled by the sudden suspension. Twitter is my only means of communication with the school teacher, and it is crucial for me to remain informed about my child's class. I kindly request a reevaluation of my account's suspension and clarification on the particular rule I have unknowingly violated to prevent any future issues. Your prompt attention to this matter would be greatly appreciated. Thank you for your assistance. Regards, Sonia.

I'm Kailey Plowman, and I found myself locked out of my Twitter account due to not meeting the age requirement when I initially created it for a school project in middle school. My teacher oversaw the account, which was set up to discuss social media pros and cons. I started using the account personally once I was old enough. I value the memories on my Twitter and would like to resolve this without phone support, which Twitter doesn't offer. Despite being underage initially for educational purposes, I've been a legal user for years now. I hope someone can understand my situation and help me regain access to my account. Thank you.
