Twitter suspended our account because of mistake*We've received a copyright infrigement notice from twitter which resulted in our account being suspended. I'm writting to you in good faith that you will help us get our account activated again as this was an isolated case and an honest mistake from an individual, and certainly not the practive we encourage. We will then immediately delete the tweet that caused all the trouble: https:**twitter.com*SofaScore*status**********************We're an established live scores app with over **M monthly active users. We've built our reputation on good relationships, user support an quality product. Twitter is one of our most important tools for communicating with our users and we use only informative material from the app or communicate breaking news from the sports world. If you visit our account @SofaScore you will see there is no video content there as we know this constitues as copyright infrigement. However, we have a young account manager who is learning the hard way what it means to represent a company account and has made a mistake posting a content without thinking of the repercustions. The tweet was posted late in the evening and no one of the senior colleagues had time to react and remove it resulting in our account being suspended.*It is a clear copyright and the rights holder cannot make a retraction, and it is up to you to decide on lifting the suspension as we are an account that acts in good faith.
