I typed in the wrong birthday and towards the end of July, Twitter locked me out of my account saying that I did not meet the age requirements but that they would however “be able to unlock your account”. I have waited since then for my account to get unlocked like they said they would do, however* I have received no emails that had updates about my account and when I tried to update the case... I got an email from Twitter Support saying that my case was closed. I have tried to submit a new case since then and have received no emails regarding my issue. I have been very patient with waiting for my account to get unlocked and have been very cooperative. I hope you can help me with this process of getting my account back. Thank you.
