I wanted to create a business account to advertise ... I need to create a business account in Twitter. I created an account with email *****@***.com but this is like a personal account. I went to change the name to my company JNe Writing Group LLC and the birth date to when the business started which was August ** ****. Now the account is locked. I am trying to reach potential customers. When I first created the personal account under *****@***.com I put everything correct and it gave a button to advertise but every time it said my account cannot advertise.
I changed the name and birth date to my business to see if that would work because I selected start advertising on Twitter.com and it took me to create an account. I wasn't able to create with my business name so I put mine. And I put my picture. Still I wasn't able to advertise and the account was like a personal account.
Helping me to create an account or reinstate my personal account and give directions on how to make it a business account.
I have a personal account but I'm new to business account.
I tried changing settings, changing pictures, names and then birth date* now I'm locked out.
I have an issue with Twitter too
