My account has been recently locked due to age restriction. I tried to change my date of birth because it was wrong on my account thus resulting in it becoming locked. So, I have submitted several forms of ID to try and resolve this issue and I am yet to hear anything back from anyone in your team. It is very important that I get my account unlocked as I start University in * weeks and Twitter is used in a big way for my course in order to share ideas with the class and find out about events. While my account is unlocked I am unable to do this making it very difficult for when I start in * weeks. I would highly appreciate it if this issue could be resolved quickly and I can have full use of my account back before I start University.
