The issue in GetHuman-clcenter's own words
Noticing that the date was off by one year, I changed my birthday to the correct year, not realizing that I’d created my account a few months before my thirteenth birthday (I’m almost ** years old now), and my account was immediately locked for not meeting the minimum age requirements. I’m happy to provide twitter with proof of my age, but because my account is locked (and I’ve received NO information regarding the status of my account since), I cannot tweet or direct message their support account. I understand that this has been a common problem for many users lately, and I’ve also been led to believe that some users had their accounts unlocked. I’d like to know *) how and when I can gain back access to my account, and *) why I’ve not been kept informed of any efforts being made to restore my account, along with the many other users who have the same issue. I’ve had no issues whatsoever with twitter before this, and I’m disappointed at the apparent lack of user support in this matter, for me and countless others.
