I am messaging you today regarding the permanent suspension of my account: Gagamonster****I have tried everything in my capabilities to reach out to you guys, as the ‘Appeal An Account’ file ticketing system is NOT helpful, I have got nowhere with it because it’s managed by an automated bot replying system. I am really struggling to reach out. I need to speak to a real advisor. You have also blocked me from contacting @TwitterSupport, which is unfair.**I believe my account should be given a second chance. I have spent almost a decade building my account, I grew up with it and it has a huge sentimental value in my life, which is why I’ve opened several appeal cases.*No one is helping me. I love Twitter. It’s been an integral part in my life.*I apologise for anything I said, I deeply regret it and it won’t ever happen again. *The person I said those things to via Direct Messages is a bully. I was only reacting to something they said to another user. There is zero tolerance to cyber bullying. They called me a “****” and a “little ***got”, yet I was suspended FOREVER, and they aren’t. This is where Twitter’s system has failed. PLEASE. I need to speak to someone about reactivating my account. I MISS TWITTER. I can’t even create a new account, everything is blocked.*You stated that my account is to incite violence or hatred, this is a lie. I have many healthy relation****ps on Twitter. I was trying to stand up to the exact thing you have suspended me for, and you’ve made a mistake.
I trust that Twitter will make this right and come up with a resolution that is fair.
