Twitch doesn't have a customer phone number that is answered by an agent. Instead, GetHuman-mastrac will need to dig through the advice provided by Twitch, other customers and consumer advocacy websites like GetHuman. Here are some instructions we've written for similar issues- hopefully GetHuman-mastrac can let us know if they help or not.

I subscribed to shaggysteve didn't get sub or emote but was charged for it. Also, I am a streamer. A week ago a streamer by the name of MattsDubJunction came into my channel being disrespectful directly towards me was banned and blocked and reported. Since then * other followers of his have come in doing the same thing. Last night one came in and got banned and blocked by my channel mod and they made another account and did it again, got banned and blocked, so they made another account, they went through an average of ten accounts that all got banned and blocked from my channel, all in like ** minutes. And these are all followers of MattsDubJunction, whom I have reported. This constant flux of trolls is making it very difficult for me to stream.
GetHuman-mastrac did not yet indicate what Twitch should do to make this right.
