I've had an unfair experience with Turo. I was a guest of Turo so I was on the way to pick up the car that I have registered. However, as a Turo legal, my international driver license cannot work for Turo system which I didn't know before. Therefore, I just gave up picking up the car. And, my host and me, we decided to cancel the trip because we didn't want to have a bad influence on each other. However, Maria who is one of supporters from Turo she wanted me to send a picture of my driver license which is from my country. In that time, I was in the new place (which is host house but host was not at her apartment anyway)for picking up car and I had a low battery on my phone and no wifi. Therefore, I couldn't do her request within **min. I talked with my host, and she told me that she will call Turo and just make cancellation for the trip. After that I came back home because I knew I can not do anything in that place (which is host's apartment)*However, the Turo supporter charged $** as "No-Show Fee" with no reason. When I asked her about the reason for charging, she said the reason was I didn't send the picture to her ASAP. It was unfair. I was the only person who was standing and trying to solve this problem. I was so mad what she did yesterday to me. In that time, I was having a hard time to solve the problem and the supporter has never understood and waited for me till I can send the pic to her. I still can't understand how my account problem could be a reason for the "No-Show Fee" even I was in the place to pick up the car.
