I prepared my taxes on line at the beginning of February and only need to file them. I cannot get into my account. I reset the password but still unable to get into it. I also need the "secret" code to file from last year's return which I don't have as I did not copy the return. I tried to upgrade via telephone so I could speak with a live agent but was told I can upgrade on the site. BUT I CANNOT GET INTO THE SITE. Please will you email me a number I can call to connect with a real person????******@***.com
