I have been using TurboTax for many years. This year, I encountered issues signing into my account, which led to further complications when trying to submit my taxes. After finally regaining access, it prompted me for an AGI number from my [redacted] taxes, which I didn't have readily available. Unfortunately, my old information seems to have been lost during the process, requiring me to start from scratch. It's frustrating as it created a new account for me as if I was a new user. I need assistance in retrieving the necessary numbers from my previous taxes to successfully file my [redacted] taxes. Thank you.

I have yet to receive my tax refund from the IRS or Civista Bank. I did not receive any email from Civista Bank. After reaching out to the IRS, they advised me to contact my bank. However, upon doing so, my bank has confirmed they have not received the refund. I have verified that the bank account number and routing number are correct. The IRS has indicated that the refund was sent, but my bank claims they have not received it. Unfortunately, my attempts to contact Civista Bank have been unsuccessful. I am concerned that this situation may involve fraud, and I may need to report this issue involving you and Civista Bank.

I used TurboTax to file my federal and New York state tax returns. My federal refund came through, but I haven't received the New York refund. I recently got a notice from the New York tax department indicating a problem with my Real Property Tax Credit claim. I don't qualify for this credit due to an error on my return, which I need to amend. Initially, I expected a $[redacted] refund, but after correcting the mistake, it should be $[redacted]. TurboTax is asking for $[redacted] to file the amendment, but I believe I shouldn't owe this amount. I should be receiving the $[redacted] refund instead. Can someone help me resolve this so I can get the correct refund from New York state?

I have reached out multiple times using my account information, but have had no success in getting a hold of anyone. Following the instructions to receive a call back has also yielded no results. I have decided to switch to a different service due to the lack of customer support from your company. I recently filed my [redacted] return and had to pay over $[redacted] to the state. However, when trying to amend my [redacted] tax return with the payment information, it's not showing up in your records. I used TurboTax to file my [redacted] return. I would appreciate assistance in amending my [redacted] return to include the payment for my [redacted] state taxes. Thank you.

I e-filed with TurboTax on April 9 and am due a refund. I have not received it yet, so I revisited my saved return, only to discover it hadn't been transmitted despite me submitting it before. The IRS had no record of it. Today, May 14, I re-transmitted it. If TurboTax's software can't be relied upon to file on time, I may not use it again. Despite receiving an acceptance confirmation, the filing didn't go through, causing potential penalties if I owed the IRS. I expect the software to work correctly when it confirms submission. This situation is disappointing and warrants investigation.

I expected to receive my online tax refund deposit of $63,[redacted] on April 24, but it has not arrived. I have verified that my bank account and routing numbers are correct. The IRS confirmed they made the deposit, and my bank conducted an ACH trace but found nothing. I attempted to contact Civista Bank, but no one answered. Please contact me at [redacted] or email me at [redacted] to clarify this situation.

I was expecting a $60,[redacted] tax refund to be directly deposited on April 24th. The IRS confirmed that they sent it, but my bank has no record of receiving it after doing an ACH trace. Civista Bank has not been responsive to my inquiries. I would like to have a physical check mailed to me instead. I have been unable to reach a customer service representative for assistance. It is frustrating not knowing where my refund is. Please contact me at [redacted] or email me at [redacted].

I received this email, and I don't know the person mentioned. The last four digits of the debit account match my banking information. As a documented identity theft victim, I suspect these are fraudulent charges. I will contact the bank regarding these charges, but they should not be debited from my account because I am not this person and do not recognize them. Thank you, G. Scott Sheriff. I submitted my taxes last year before my incarceration. While I was in jail, I lost track of my tax information and can't recall my TurboTax account details. I don't have access to my former email address either. I need help locating my tax refund from last year, as the IRS won't release it without such details. Unfortunately, I no longer have the bank account information used for the filing, and the account was under my ex-boyfriend's name. It's been challenging to obtain a transcript of my taxes since I can't remember the address on the return. I'm eager to provide any necessary identification to prove my identity. Any assistance from TurboTax would be greatly appreciated as I work through this ordeal.

I filed my tax return online as head of household, claiming my daughter as a dependent and stating my self-employment income. The IRS accepted my return and mentioned a 21-day refund timeline. However, I received a notice to verify my identity shortly after. Despite providing all requested personal details, the IRS was unable to authenticate my identity due to my first time filing as self-employed in more than seven years. They suggested contacting a tax advocate for further assistance. Feeling confused and frustrated, I remember paying for additional assistance with my tax filing through TurboTax. I am eager for my $3,[redacted]+ refund to be processed swiftly as I have important upcoming events. I hope my tax advocate can resolve this issue promptly to ensure my refund is deposited into the correct account as soon as possible. Thank you for your help with this matter.

I utilized TurboTax for my [redacted] tax preparation, which I purchased via Amazon. Unfortunately, I no longer have access to the laptop on which I completed my taxes. I've been struggling all weekend to sign in and seek assistance from TurboTax technical support. It appears that I have multiple accounts, none of which allow me to reset my password. I urgently require access to my forms, calculations, etc., that can be printed within the TurboTax [redacted] program, including the option to view and print with state and multiple e-file capabilities.

I am experiencing financial difficulties due to unexpected charges from your company. Last month, you charged my account without warning, causing an overdraft fee of almost $[redacted]. This has left me in a difficult situation as I am waiting for a tax refund that is being processed. I kindly request a refund of the charges to alleviate the financial strain I am facing. Your lack of communication and consideration has put me in a position where I cannot afford my bills or groceries. Please refund the unauthorized charge promptly to rectify this situation. Failure to do so will result in me taking my business elsewhere and sharing my experience online. I am deeply disappointed by the way this issue has been handled.

I submitted my taxes through TurboTax. I recently filed my taxes for the years [redacted] and [redacted], and the IRS is currently processing them. However, I have not received any updates for [redacted] and [redacted]. I am concerned because I need to complete this process for my immigration status. I believe I can still receive a refund for [redacted] since I submitted it in April [redacted]. What will happen with my [redacted] filing? Will it be considered filed without a refund, or will the IRS review it? Is it normal for old tax returns to take this long to process?

Hello, I am reaching out regarding our joint state and federal tax returns filed online through TurboTax. Our federal return went smoothly, but we encountered an issue with the state refund from Hawaii in mid-May [redacted]. Subsequently, we received a letter (ID# L[redacted]) from the State of Hawaii Department of Taxation around 4 June [redacted] indicating that they were unable to process our tax return due to missing information. The letter requests our signatures, SSAN, a valid form N-[redacted], and Power of Attorney if we respond via mail. However, if we choose to respond online, less information is required, excluding the N-[redacted]/P.O.A. We are puzzled as to why we received a state refund if our return was incomplete and question the legitimacy of the situation. We are concerned whether this is a scam or a TurboTax error. The letter provided a 20-day window from 4 June [redacted] to submit the required information, failing which our state return will be retained as "informational" only according to the letter. We seek advice on whether it is safe to respond without risking our data security. Your insights would be greatly appreciated. Thank you.

My spouse and I are currently residing in Australia and are self-employed. We purchased the self-employed live package but are facing challenges as we lack American phone numbers. Unfortunately, we are unable to contact the CPA support provided or schedule a live call to address our concerns. One issue we are encountering is the requirement to have resided in the area for 12 months, which we have not reached yet as we are at 11 months. This poses a problem as it might cause a delay in filing our taxes, and we are uncertain about any potential extension due to living abroad unless it pertains to military personnel. Besides this matter, we have other unresolved issues and are eager to speak with a representative over the phone, as included in our purchased package. Our contact number is 61 [redacted] [redacted] [redacted]. We have attempted to email and reach out without success, and if we are unable to connect with the assistance we have paid for, we will seek a refund promptly. Thank you.

Issue #1: I purchased a disk that I thought included a free state return, but I am being billed for a state return now. Issue #2: My return was filed late and held for a positive ID check. The ID issue is resolved, but it could take up to nine weeks for my check to arrive. Request: Kindly remove the state return charge that I believe was part of the purchase of the federal return. Additionally, when I discovered my return was not processed, we re-filed, but the program required a separate fee. If you charge my account, won't the federal government charge me again when they process my return? I have been a satisfied customer for years and hope you can assist me with these issues. Thank you, Michael Woak [redacted] Casentino Ct Myrtle Beach, SC [redacted] [redacted]

My taxes were filed by my son in Anchorage, Alaska, through TurboTax. The IRS sent the refund to RushCard Bank, but the money was withdrawn without my getting it. My son applied for a RushCard on March 15th. As Rush Bank may be involved, can you assist me? I'm S. Wyatt, and my email is [redacted] Please reach out to me via email as I can't take calls. Any help looking into this matter would be appreciated. Thank you for your time and consideration.

I mistakenly believed my card details were only needed for my refund, but I was incorrectly charged $[redacted]. Since I'm currently overseas and unemployed, this unexpected charge is significant for me. I realized it was the TurboTax fee only after the payment went through. Could you please assist me in refunding the amount back to my Visa card linked to my account under [redacted]? It would greatly help me out. Given my current location in Cambodia and the difficulties with phone communication, I prefer to correspond via email due to time zones and international calling challenges. Thank you in advance for your help; I am eagerly awaiting your response.

I recently returned to the Philippines and filed my taxes in April. I received my tax refund cheque two days ago and attempted to process it with local banks. They requested me to open a dollar account, but I have a deactivated Bank of America account. I contacted Bank of America in May [redacted] to deactivate the account. When I visited their office in the Philippines today, they mentioned they only handle company transactions, not personal accounts. They suggested reactivating the account in the USA, which is not possible as I am not returning there. Local banks can help create a dollar account, but I lack the funds for the initial $[redacted] deposit. I seek advice on how to proceed with my tax refund. Your prompt assistance is greatly appreciated. Thank you.

I have been waiting for a refund of $[redacted] since mid-March that was mistakenly charged to my card. Straight Talk attempted to refund the amount multiple times, but there seems to be an issue with the card related to a chargeback on the account. TurboTax customer service claims the card issue should not affect the refund process. However, each time Straight Talk tries to refund, it seems to overdraw the card balance. They are unable to issue a gift card or transfer the refund to a different card. I urgently need this refund as my housing situation is at risk, and the remaining balance on the card is now negative. I have documentation of the refund attempts if needed. Please address the card issue promptly so the refund can be processed correctly. The transaction was on March 12th, and my card number is 47[redacted]6 [redacted].
