This problem is NOT fixed. I am still locked out of Intuit with the same "** Minute lockout message", am unable to import my Fidelity ****, etc. data, cannot change my Intuit PW or my TurboTax PW. I have heard nothing back from TurboTax in * hours ... Why would anyone assume the problem has been fixed when nothing has been done to resolve the problem? ... Using TurboTax, when attempting to import financial forms (****'s, etc.) from brokerage firm, TurboTax asked me for my password (I didn't know I had one and I've used TurboTax for ** years). Attempted to go into Intuit to reset PW and after many attempts at Intuit PW, I'm now permanently locked out of Intuit and cannot access TurboTax PW or import facilities). **HELP!
