Hello, I used your service to file my state (OR) and federal taxes back in January of this year. Last week on ****, I received an email with CRITICAL NOTICE in the subject line. Upon opening this email I was told that due to a calculation error on the side of TurboTax, I have underpaid the state of Oregon and as a result, I now have to pay the state $*** and I have to amend my return. I would LOVE to speak to a human representative on the phone but I am apparently being held at gunpoint to purchase an additional "Help and Tools" package for $** extra. I am in need of enlightenment. Why, when TurboTax admitted that this calculation was their fault, am I the one who has to shoulder the burden of paying the state? Is there no such thing as insurance at TurboTax? So that when this sort of thing happens, there's some sort of assurance that people's financial and mental well-being is taken care of? I pay you and trust you every single year to handle my taxes for me, so that this sort of thing doesn't happen. WHY ON EARTH would I ever pay $** to an organization just to speak to a Tier * phone jockey after all of this has occurred? This is lunacy. I expect a prompt reply from someone who is not merely a "customer support representative." I want someone who knows what they are doing at this company to contact me immediately so that we can sort this out. I've included my email, you can also reach me by phone at ***-***-****
