I went to another website to do my taxes after the page that said the TurboTax Free didn't have the form included that was required to get an extra $*** from contributing to my retirement plan. That would cost me $**.** on turbotax,com to add one piece of paper. On the other website, it cost me NOTHING! TurboTax needs to include that new form on their free online tax filing. It isn't that big a deal to include * extra page. Needless to say, I am disappointed with TurboTax. On the other website it did ask if I wanted to upgrade and get protection, but for that one-page form IT DID NOT ASK FOR ONE CENT FROM ME!!! And, I e-filed Federal and State both for free. And, I didn't have a potential extra charge for state taxes along with the extra $**.** for that one-page form. It's time turbotax.com rethought their "free" tax package. I say again, I am disappointed.
