I am trying to file my Federal (small business product) and KS state returns electronically. The program keeps thinking there is stuff to be fixed but that is not correct and there is no way to get past it. It thinks I need to enter valid info for Child Care Expenses but I have told it repeatedly that I have no such expenses this year and Child Care is not even in my deductions list. It wants dollar amounts and SSN but I have nothing to enter and nothing I try to enter as a place holder to get past it is working. On State it says I have * school districts enetered. That's not true and wouldnt even be possible because its a drop down menu. One school is checked. But the system won't move past this. I have now missed the filing deadline even though I have a receipt showing I paid for your products and I have been trying to get the filing done for an hour. I want someone to call to fix this problem and I want some assurance regarding my filing time.
